The location is very premium…. We got an upgrad immediately to a big suite with amazing view…. The staff is the most welcoming staff ever, they always tended to our needs and helped with everything, specially Ms. Kaltrina and Mr. Felix …. They are very pationate and caring

Enormous, well-appointed room in a very convenient area of Zurich. Exceptionally nice staff.

Restaurant is not particularly great. Had dinner there one night and it was disappointing. Breakfasts were good, but not exceptional.

I had the most wonderful stay at the Alden Hotel — a true hidden gem that blends charm, comfort, and exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. What truly made my experience unforgettable, however, were two incredible members of staff: Amber and a young man from Ukraine (I regret not catching his name). Amber was absolutely fantastic — warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional. She went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. Her positive energy and willingness to help never went unnoticed. Equally memorable was the young Ukrainian gentleman. He was exceptionally kind and courteous, always with a sincere smile and a readiness to assist. Whether it was helping with luggage, offering local recommendations, or just a friendly chat, he truly embodied what hospitality should be. It’s rare to come across such genuine and lovely people in one place. Their warmth made the hotel feel more like a home. I will absolutely return — and I’ll be recommending Alden Hotel to friends and family without hesitation. Thank you, Amber and the young Ukrainian gentleman — you made this trip truly special!

Specious rooms, location, staff were amazing, layout of the suite was extremely convenient for families, staff are very friendly and helpful from reception to housekeeping, especially the new gentlemen’s at the reception, Yousef, Hadiya and the beautiful housekeeping ladies

Maybe the in room dining, there was none I guess or maybe that was just on Sundays! Also it was a little difficult to each the different departments at the hotel as the phone didn’t have clear numbers for each, but it’s all minor hiccups compared to the other great stuff the hotel posses

The room was very comfortable, nicely furnished, and very spacious. The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. There are several small lounges beautifully furnished where you can relax. The restaurant food was lovely although we waited some time for our food to arrive however, the staff were very apologetic. Although the hotel is only a 15-minute walk to the centre of Zurich, it was very quiet.

There isn't much to dislike about this hotel.It would have been helpful to have a plug near a mirror. The view wasn't great but it is a city hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alden Hotel, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The staff members were exceptionally warm and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I would like to particularly mention Hadia from the restaurant, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious, and I truly enjoyed starting my day with such a great meal. The room I stayed in was very quiet, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep, and the hotel’s location made it easy to get around. I absolutely loved my time at the hotel and would happily give it a five-star rating.

Beautiful hotel. The three suites worked out well for our extended family of 9. It was great having the extra space. Beds and sofa beds were very comfortable. Staff was amazing! Friendly, efficient, and accommodating.

The only aspect I can list in this area is that the breakfast was extremely expensive, so we skipped that. It would have been nice to have an option to order ala carte items instead of the pricey buffet. Or to have the breakfast included without an extra fee.

It was our first time staying with Leonardo Hotels, so they upgraded our room. We were early for check in so they took our bags so that we could go explore Zurich. We then went back to the hotel to fully check in and freshen up before dinner. Upon arrival, they had already brought our bags up to the room, which was wonderful. We had a hugely spacious room with great facilities! They then performed turndown service while we were out at dinner. We were very impressed with the hotel!

Amazing quiet location for our first time visit to Zurich. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home from the very beginning. The restaurant has delicious food and the room service was amazing!

The lifts are very small, and there are some tricky thresholds here and there. However, that is of course noones fault as it is an old very beautiful period building with certain architectural limitations.

The team makes this hotel unforgettable. From our check in experience to housekeeping and breakfast teams, everyone was amazingly friendly and made us feel right at home. Well decorated and very clean, delicious breakfast. Comfortable beds, unlimited water, mini fridge and a delicious breakfast. Turn downs at night, we were thoroughly spoiled here!

Could have been a little closer to the action but we knew the location when we booked and it was quiet and peaceful at night for sleeping.
