Very good location and good value for Zürich.

Pictures do not exactly match the rooms. Many rooms with slight variation on interiors are in the building.

Modern design apartment. Close to the train/trams going to Zurich HB. There is also a kitchen in the apartment with almost complete cooking utensils so very handy if on a budget trip and would like to prepare meals. There is also a mini fridge and dishwasher available.

The whole apartment is separated by glass doors (which is pretty) but not really nice for the toilet which is next to the mini kitchen and just the idea that the smell from the toilet can spread inside the whole apartment is not nice (glass doors in toilet does not close it properly and there is no exhaust in the toilet).

relatively clean property, within a short walking distance to Zurich city center

1. No access to the property before 3:00pm which makes it difficult for guests arriving earlier to wait in the street in front of the property until 3:00pm. there must be a possibility to enter the building and wait somewhere inside especially in case of rain or bad weather. 2. check-out at 10:00am is too early and should be extended to 11:00am instead like the hotels. 3. In the bathroom the handles of the water taps both on the sink and the shower have very sharp corners to the extent that I have hit my head in one of these sharp corners while taking shower and got injured with a scar in my head and was bleeding a lot. therefore, I suggest that you change these handles with more curved handles.

The customer service staff Their check out at 10 o’clock which is very early and I asked to extend it till 1 or 2 o’clock, they refused without paying attention to my age because my train was scheduled to leave Zurich at 2.30 pm , They don’t have respect to the elderly people.

We had a huge problem getting in as we weren't emailed the door code. When we arrived we could not get responses for quite some time - it was very stressful.

The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. It located near a tram stop and train station, which made it convenient to get there from the airport. Its location is fantastic for exploring the old part of the city.

The only slightly negative part of our stay was not receiving correspondence from the VisionApartment customer service team using using the text feature on the Booking.com website and app. Communicating with their team via their company email is the best option. Be sure to read their instructions and send your ID photos in advance of your arrival in Zurich so that you will receive an email from VisionApartments with your apartment number and keyless code BEFORE you arrive in Zurich.

We were happy with the apartment, and thanks to the management for helping at any time of the day. I forgot to go through the online registration in advance to get the code for the apartment and did it only at 11 at night, I did not want to wait for a long time on the street for a message and I called the manager's number, and was happy that they answered me immediately and sent me the code for the door within a minute! many thanks for the great service 🙏🏾 We also found a convenient parking lot - City Parking, five minutes from the appart

Excellent location, very comfortable and access to laundry facilities. Excellent breakfast on Sunday.

Breakfast the second day was very disappointing. After a brilliant breakfast the day before we were faced with minimal food choices, limited supply and had to keep asking for things such as juice, yoghurt. The continental breakfast had no meat ( hadn’t arrived), one type of cheese, 1 small bowl of blueberries and grapes ( for the entire buffet, not just one table), one small carafe of juice and 3 glasses…the table before us took the lot. We were only the second group in that morning and were scratching for food, those who came afterwards basically had toast and jam to choose from. Doesn’t really qualify as breakfast.

It was centrally located and made the commute was easy. For the most part, it was nice and cozy for me. Room was the Ground Floor so it was easy on my knees going up the stairs. The tub was spacious and had a big window! The heater that was set made feel even more cozy and comfortable after hours of being outside in the Swiss Alps! It was equipped with all the essentials so all I had to do was a little grocery shopping.

No one came to clean and the laundry room. It would’ve been nice to have someone come clean the room or at least sweep. No clear instructions on how to use the machines and always full with cleaners towels. I don’t like touching other people’s belongings but other tenants did and so I did too so that I could have clean clothes for my flight the next day.

The central location. The cleanliness. the apartment seemed to be new. The apartment had a seperation between kitchen / bedroom & litte lounge (with TV) and sofa, which made the apartment seem bigger than it was. Very conformable and so value for money very good.

All good apartment from the fact that I would inform the hotel quests that the code received to enter the front door has to be inserted in the bottom box of numbers. And not on the top one :-)
