The room and common areas were clean. Breakfast was open buffet and rich. The staff was helpful. Public transportation to the city center was sufficient. We stayed on New Year's Eve, and although it was complete chaos (fireworks etc.) outside, it was very quiet inside the room and the windows were well insulated.

You should know that you need to take public transport to the city centre with two transfers: first, you will take the bus number 184 or 185 (at night time, N18) at Adliswil Sunnau bus stop, and then you'll take the tram number 7 at Morgental bus/tram stop. You can buy tickets quickly from the machines inside the stops.

One of the cheapest places that we found to stay in a convenient location in Zurich. Easy to go to the centre with a vehicle in 15-20 mins. There is Aldi nearby. Normal size of room considering it's a budget hotel. Good for a few days. Good staff- quick and easy check in. Lots of parking spaces exist. There is cold water to drink in the reception and a restaurant.

In the facilities it's mentioned that there is iron but I didn't see any in the room. I didn't end up needing it in the end so it was ok for me. Maybe if you ask the reception they give you.

The check in employees were fantastic; they were attentive, super helpful and on task. However I was too happy with the added $130 extra for AC & taxes putting our room total close to $475 yikes 😳 When I booked with booking I specified having AC and the total said it included taxes so not sure how we needed to pay more. The hotel itself was super hot so paying was a must however our AC didn’t get cooler than 23 which was still hot. Location was a bit too far from downtown I say for the price I ended up paying I would’ve just booked a room downtown that included AC. Beds were comfy tho. Super close to an Aldi grocery store

Having to pay extra for AC and taxes even though booking said total included all charges including taxes. Shampoo and conditioner need to be separate, not great.

One of the very good Ibis hotels. Clean. Stuff super friendly. Good restaurant and breakfast. Location is great - surrounded by woods and river walks right on the door step. Public transport into central Zurich or drive and park - very easy. Stayed with my dog - wonderful time walking around. Restaurant girl was super sweet and they had a bowl for him to drink. Restaurant has a terrace outside. No carpets. Walk-in shower.

The pillows are super hard and flat. This is however general ibis problem. I take my own whenever I can. Otherwise - nothing.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Great location for us. Ample parking and easy access to public transport. My sons meal at the restaurant was one of his favourites of the whole trip.

Bit of trouble getting the hot water to work after repair work during the day and lots of debris continuing to appear once flowing correctly. However, we understand maintenance is a required aspect or any facility and would not let this reflect poorly on the hotel in general.

It was quite clean. Reception was available 24/7. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms looked nice (I stayed in 3 different rooms). Breakfast was delicious

On one of the nights the wi-fi connection didn’t reach my phone in my room only, didn’t have this problem outside the room. I also couldn’t connect my phone to the smart TV. It’s 40 minutes walk from the nearest train station.

My two night stay in Ibis Zurich Adliswil was comfortable. The room was a little crammed. We had two big suitcases and there was not enough room for the second suitcase. I had to keep it on the floor which in turn blocked my walking unhindered in the room. Hardly any space on either side of the cot. Bathroom was just fine. I didn't realise that this hotel is quite far from Zurich Hbf. Taxi fare from the station to the hotel was pretty exorbitant. The complimentary breakfast that I had opted for was a plus of our stay. The kitchen staff were friendly and made you feel at home. The front office staff were helpful with how to get about in Zurich. Not bad sojourn.

We liked the fact the hotel offers a free parking. Considering city parking prices, that's a huge cost savior. The staff was very pleasant and responded to all our requests - to get a baby chair into the room and to add another blanket.

The room was tiny. We traveled with my wife and our 9-month baby. The main bed was too small to sleep in together, so they added an additional bed. But having this bed in a room meant there was no space left to move around for us and the baby. My suggestion is that for such groups (parents + baby), better not to offer such small rooms at all.

The room was clean and comfortable for two people. They provided a portable bed for my child, but it was not very stable and comfortable. The hotel serves a very good breakfast and offers free outdoor parking. The staff were friendly. However, for two out of the three days we stayed at the hotel, the elevator was not working, which made our stay a little bit difficult.

Room was simple but comfortable. The only problem was the pillow, too soft and they did not have any other. The breakfast was good but I had to pay for it. Location ok but 15 minutes drive from the center. Parking is free. The staff very friendly and helpful when I had to change my dates because of a death in the family. The restaurant in the hotel is also very good.
