I love the warm and cozy lobby and rooms. You really do feel right at home. Free coffee and drinks in the room is a nice touch and breakfast on Sundays till 1pm, can it get better than this? Yes it can! Staff is absolutely amazing. All the receptionists I have interacted with were so nice and helpful. I even got my room early! Will definitely stay here again for my next trips to Zurich!

The location is excellent, with grocery stores (e.g., Coop) and bakeries nearby. The tram station is just a minute's walk from the hotel. Kitchen is equipped with all essential cutleries. The room is modern and renovated. The lobby is very cozy, and the staff is friendly.

Before our stay, we received spam messages asking us to confirm the booking by clicking a link. These messages were sent both through the Booking.com system and to a private number. We contacted the hotel directly and discovered that there had been a security breach in their system, affecting reservations. As we understood, there were similar cases before, but the hotel did not warn the customers in advance. Also, the leakage of the personal data is not pleasant.

As usual everything was at a high level

The reception staff went above and beyond helping me with booking transport to airport- even running down to the taxi pick up point when I went astray and phoned them for advice! Comfortable bed, lovely linens, decaff coffee pods provided on request- thank you!

The price of the breakfast- while it was very good and the service was excellent, it was very expensive at €35.

No hotel parking was available when we stayed. Had to walk from multi storey car park through mall to hotel. With luggage. Thought I had booked breakfast but hadn’t. Breakfast was 35 chf per adult which was steep on top of room costs for family of 5. So went to coop to get breakfast for all for essentially for same price as 1 adult.

Great location for restaurants and shops, tram was just outside too

The bedroom was very hot and even with the window open it was still unbearable

The hotel is beautifully designed, reception smelt amazing and our room had ample amounts of space/amenities, it was also very clean. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. The area is nice, quiet and right next to a large shopping center with a few eateries and a large supermarket which came in handy

Location was a little out of the main city center but there is a lovely riverside walk which takes 30-40 mins if you want to skip the train which we did most days, its only a small downside which is easily overlooked.

Very well furnished and maintained with charming helpful staff. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. The restaurant and food was excellent right up until main course removed when service dropped to zero.

The heating good but had to complain to have it turned on. Would have liked a kettle and teas as only had coffee machine. Good news was kettle supplied on request. In such a good restaurant with nice staff, it was stunning that service dropped to zero after main course although many staff and few diners. Waited 10 + minutes from ordering for cheese having waited some time to attract staff to place order. The car park was great but very difficult to find the entrance There should have been forward guidance.

Very clean , nice rooms and spaces , very kind staff Very good location next to tram station(sihilcity nord) , very huge park park (5 minutes walking distance ) and mall( 1 minute walking distance ) Has Amazing liquor shop ( has non alcoholic wine and champagne sooo yum muslims and non alcoholic drinkers you should try) and very good cafes next to it Very Good air condition with good control unit The whole hotel interior is amazing and modern ⁉️‼️ Did not try their breakfast bcz other choices next to the hotel for breakfast Don’t know if they have parking for your car bcz we always used the tram Don’t know if they have other facilities ex. (Pool , gym, spa ..) They block 100 frank from your credit card on arrival for insurance and they unlock it in the checkout if there is no extras

No telephone inside the room any thing we need we should go down Three night we stay, They give only one bottle of water free the rest is charged, though they said should be two but never send the other one No slippers no dental kit even the vanity they put only one for two person for three nights, so you have to bring your own kits On booking we reserved room with river view and city view they gave us wall view , our room was all day dark bcz our room is facing the next building wall .. and they said the hotel is fully booked we can’t change your room .
