Room was spacious for our family. Specifically they had lots of storage space, and the separate room set up worked well for our daughter and us. Staff was amazing and super helpful. They were able to provide details for dinning options, info for transportation, they had filling station helpful for our water bottles, and overall very accommodating for anything we requested.

View was not the best as we were facing the train station and a wall that had graffiti on it. In fairness to the hotel we did not request any specifications regarding our view, as it was more important to have the proper space for our stay. It's also not something the hotel could control in the end, as it looked like the building across from our room was being renovated and therefore this might be in the process of getting rectified.

Staff was super helpful in adjusting our reservation to refund breakfast since we were leaving for the airport too early to eat it. They also facilitated the purchase of bus tickets and shared the bus number, pick up time, and bus stop information making our early-morning trip to the airport seamless and suggested some activities and restaurants nearby. Very helpful and delightful front desk staff. Rooms were large, clean, and well-appointed. Loved that there were family rooms and quads for our group of 14 and can't beat the location literally a half-block from the metro and bus stops.

No air-conditioning. The rooms were a bit hot even with the provided fans. We opened the windows and ran the fans, which helped but then it was a bit noisy for sleeping.

All good but the hotel keeps charging me. Like I make the reservation though the booking and I make full payment including tax. Once I reached to the hotel they charged me with city tax. This is ok. But what I didn't like is that, I was using the room card to access and quit from parking area and the gate was opening using the room card. The day I left the hotel, the card supposed to open the gate but It didn't, they told you have to pay for the parking. In first day they told me its free and you can use room card but the last day they said no you have to pay. This is what I hate form the hotel.

It's a clean and airy hotel. Staff were really nice and helpful. Good continental style breakfast with hot food options, and a self service machine for free coffees in reception area . Bar prices seemed comparable with cafes and bars outside the hotel. There's a nice terrace so you can sit outside . (facing a quiet road). Brilliant convenient location - just 6 minutes by bus from the airport though it didn't feel like an airport hotel as it was in the village of Kloten. 2-3 minutes to the train station, with half hourly trains in Zurich. There's a supermarket very near the hotel which was handy.

Hotel restaurant seemed pricey so we didn't eat there in the evening, but then restaurants in Zurich are pretty expensive! We booked a twin room and with sofa bed as we were unsure if our daughter would be able to join us- and ended up having to pay an extra supplement for her to use the sofa bed, which we hadn't anticipated but if we'd booked for 3 from the outset I don't think this would have been the case.

The hotel and restaurant were beautiful and extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and efficient. The breakfast room had a wide selection of items, buffet style. The hotel is also practically next to the Zurich airport, so it was really convenient for an overnight stay before the long flight.

The only thing we did not like was that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, so with the 30 Celsius heat outside, the room was uncomfortably hot.

Breakfast was excellent and staff were anxious to facilitate special requests, ie fried eggs.

First room allocated had cracked sink, was cold and at very far end of property. Following discussion room was changed immediately Booking.com service could have been better as I wished to change my booking, hotel could not do it as booking was through Booking.com, and I got no answer to my email outline my request. Booking.com should be more available to adjust bookings done through their site

The service from the staff when we arrived to check in was outstanding. There was free coffee in the corner of reception, just much needed from a long day of travel! Our receptionist was able to guide us without any grudge to another restaurant for dinner as we had a specific meal in mind that we wanted. She also gave us correct information we needed for bus travel to return our hire car to the airport. We gave chocolate to say thanks!

Nothing. It was all excellent!

First of all, the country is beautiful ! So, all around is beautiful too. The hotel is cozy and modern with a hint of old times. The room was larger than we expected, super clean with free amenities for the guests (coffee and tea) and cute little cushions in each bed. The location is perfect for those who intend to use the train to move around the country because the hotel is very close to the train station, actually, the station is as if it was the hotel"s backyard. The staff was very nice and gentle. There is an area for guests to chill out close to the reception where you can have a drink and enjoy a book from a small library. We tried the restaurant and food was very good ! For switzerland's standards it was a very good cost-benefit.

The temperature of the room. Since we can not control the temperature, it was a little hot at night.

My kids loved the hotel. We were a family of 5 with 3 kids and they gave a very huge room, bathroom was very clean and room had all basic amenities. They provided us fans as there was no AC in the hotel. Kids loved the two play sections they had with pool table, carrom board and other stuff. The breakfast was amazing. All in all, a very good stay and worth the money.

The carpet in the room could have been cleaner, may be regular wear and tear. Even ceilings need to be cleaned in some parts of the room, But overall very clean hotel
