Clean, specious, nice bathroom, nice little kitchen. The location was great, tram station was right outside and just a short walk to the lake. The customer support is great. Would stay again.

There was a smell, I guess from the leather covers on the furniture, nothing you can't live with, but it was noticeable. Overall, it was very clean, just the floors were a bit dusty. The elevator is small only 2 people can fit, but we were on the 1st floor, so it wasn't an issue for us. There was no sponge or detergant for cleaning the dishes (there is only a dishwasher, towels and a kitchen brush). No A/C, but there was a big rotating fan. The couch bed was not as comfortable as the bed, and got hot/moist really fast because of the leather beneth the sheet.

Beautiful apartment, easy to locate even late at night located right by a tram stop, train station and shop nearby. Small lift up to the apartment is helpful. Check in and out was very simple. The apartment was equipped with basics for kitchen and bathroom supplies. Plenty of towels. Lovely shower. Bed were very comfortable. It was well kept and clean.

There was no ac or we couldn't find it if there was so very hot. A handbook would be nice to have for how to use the kitchen facilities/tv etc. We didn't realise the cleaners would come during our stay although very friendly and did an excellent job. No cleaning supplies for us to use during our stay to keep things clean. Could do with some extras in the kitchen as we were eating in for at least two meals. The WiFi wasn't obvious at first and a little patchy.

Not flexible on check out and no extra shower gel or shampoo (or tooth brush/paste), expectation is to buy some at the supermarket or bring your own, which defeats the purpose of travelling light or saving on these sorts of expenses…we wouldn’t use a whole bottle of gel or shampoo bought at the supermarket and couldn’t take it on the plane on our hand carry so would go to waste in the bin if we had to buy extra…at that price point…little bit of gel, shampoo and a tooth brush/paste set would be helpful.

There is everything you need to feel like at home. They clean your room and change bed linen/towels once in 7 days. Wi fi is good, location is perfect, there are two cafes just near where you can buy water/breakfast. There is a warm floor in the bathroom that was lovely because it was a little bit chilly in the room in the evening. The staff was nice and answered my questions quite fast. Just make a check in earlier before your arrival, when you get a letter inviting you to do this. this hotel has just a computer for a registration, no people, but just follow the info on a screen everything is very easy.

I didn't like the noisy road but I knew about it so you really can't do anything as there is a tram staton just near that is super comfortable from one side but yes, you have to put up with some noise. And I wish I had a paper on the wall with all the info about accommodation - such as wifi code (I found it later on a table in the kitchen), info about where to throw bin bags (together with a code to open garbage bins), because when you stay for more then 1-2 weeks sometimes you need to do this, info about cleaning, I think in this case the hotel staff would have less questions from the guests. And take your sleepers with you.

Location was really nice and well connected. Next to the tram station. Was clean,spacious, well furnished and equipped. The cot for baby was really nice. Everything was very well organised.

Everything was great, these are tiny areas of improvement: 1. Peak summer temperature reaches 30 degrees. They very nice to provide a fan which helped ventilation but an Air Conditioner would have made the stay more comfortable though it may be needed for only 1/2 months of the year. 2. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in (the foam was good but around the neck area, people with cervical issue could face difficulty in sleeping). But still good for 8/10 people. 3. Hard copy of manuals of microwave and dishwasher could be kept for tourists not very tech savvy or not used to these equipment. 4. Response time from the management could be bit faster (it was great before we arrived but a little slow during our stay).

Very Good location for trains, buses and trams. 10 to 15 minutes on public transport to the city centre. Very spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Very clean and lots of storage. The apartment appears quite new. There is a small lift available. There are 2 Coops on either side for grocery shopping. Checking in was online via a computer terminal on the ground floor. This was easy and straightforward. We had a great stay here and would recommend this place. They had some salt, pepper, coffee pods, tea, dishwasher tablets, towels, so very handy for when you reach there.

No toaster.

Great location in preferred Seefeld neighborhood in Zürich. Within 1min from a tram station, 10min (walking) from the lake, 5min from Coop (groceries) and various bakeries. Large 2-bedroom apartment with 2 baths with plenty of space for a family of 4. Very clean.

Our apartment was on the 1st floor (2nd floor by US counting) with a bedroom facing a side street but it was surprisingly noisy in the morning (street and tram noise). Not completely unexpected but we've been in more quiet apartments along the same street in close proximity.

A truly fantastic stay at this accommodation! The self check-in process was incredibly simple and convenient, making arrival stress-free. The team in charge of communication was incredibly helpful and responsive, promptly addressing all the questions, such as later check-in time. The flat was spotless and impeccably clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, which was a big plus. The view from the property was amazing, overseeing the neighborhood and with an amazing scene of the mountains. Additionally, the location was perfect - close to shops and absolutely all transport links. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. P.S. Additional piece of advice for everyone visiting Zurich in a tourist capacity - examine the option of a Zurich pass for easy public transport options and some free sightseeing opportunities.

The apartment was wonderful! It was clean, very well equipped and quiet. The location was excellent- tram/bus was less than a minute away (either to go to the city center or the main train station), and the apartment was very quiet. It was large enough to accommodate a family of 4 (2 small kids) and the check in process was very smooth/hassle free. It was unexpectedly raining a lot in Zurich during our stay and they made umbrellas available for us to use.

Appartment for four people on the 4floor. Very confortable and clean, all necessery and new equipment .The place is spaceous, and modern, completely meet our expectations. Good location, very close (less than 100 metars) to the tram station, close to Coop market, lockal bakery and cafe place. Modern and safe check-in, the host is very responsive, promptly clear all my questions (thank you). I am reccomending this stay, definitelly will come again if I am going to Zurich

The elevator is too small (barely feets 2 people with backpacks), but is fast, so no big problem. Sofa bed is a bit hard for sleeping even if comfortable pillows and a quilt mitigates.The other bed is super.
