Recently constructed hotel, large rooms (we got 2 rooms that were connected – great for families!), excellent beds. Very good breakfast. Kind and attentive staff. Easy access when driving through the region (e.g. if you go to Technorama). 2 sockets for e-charging available on the parking (±€1/kWt, more expensive than on the highway – but convenient!). Ticks all the boxes, we'll stay here again!

Not a complaint, but a request: in the confirmation email, inform the guests that e-charging is available and if they want to use it, include the instructions on how to turn it on? Otherwise if you arrive late, you miss the chance to use the night to fully recharge.

It was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in. The location is half an hour from Zurich. After leaving the hotel we went to Rhein Falls. It was very close and we reached it in 20 minutes by car. We checked in late and there was a box for us with our key and instructions on how to get to our room. The room was clean and big. There was no bad odor. There was a small refrigerator in the room. There was all the necessary information in a file. They even wrote the doctor numbers for emergencies. Our breakfast in the morning was great. Everything was very fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly.

Nice location and helpful staff. The room and beds were comfortable. Excellent Breakfast. Large bathroom. Nice view from our room (No 5) to the village school/church/townhall courtyard. A good friendly restaurant named "Uwe's Steakhouse" is located within a short walking distace from the property.

Not something important but 3 aircondition units were stored in front of the room entrace. Since this is your first view, it spoils a little bit the room icon which is not bad at all, has a nice decoration, it is very clean, organized and quiet as well. I sugest to find another place for storage.

Everything was exceptional! Staff was lovely, rooms are big and clean, the town of Lottstetten in cute and quiet, perfect if you want to get away from the bustling city. Parking was easy and breakfast room was cozy and the food was great. The train station is 10 minutes walking distance and has connections to Zürich (about 40 min) or Rheinfalls (two stops, about 8min), where you get a gorgeous panoramic view of the Rhine Falls, Europe's most powerful waterfall.

The church right next to the hotel plays bells every 15 minutes and while it was unexpected at first, we got used to it and found it quite charming by the end of our stay. :)

very quiet position optimum for a vary good sleep. large room spotless clean. I arrived earlier than usual checkin time but I was provided the room immediately so that I did not have to interrupt my work. As comoared to one year ago, they added also soem warm food (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages) at breakfast which I appreciated very much

The inner stairs from the reception are quite narrow and steep and with bulky luggage they can be problematic The WLAN is very unstable but apparently it is an issue of the region and not specific of the hotel.

It was really nice that was located so close to the Rhine Falls in Switzerland. They are just a short car drive away. We have found the waterfall very impressive. It was nice that we could charge our Tesla at the property.

I have found the breakfast a bit underwhelming. Not that much variety.

The room was very big and confortable, very clean and well equipped.

The only surprising critic is about ventilation, although the building is new, there is no mechanical ventilation (except for the bathroom extraction), so you have to open the window to ventilate the bedroom. This is all the more surprising as this type of building should be built to "pass'haus" standards, i.e. with VMC ventilation. It was an big issue for us since the weather wasn't hot at all.

A wonderful hotel with large rooms and easy access to the parking lot. Breakfast had a nice variety of food. The staff was efficient and very friendly. The location was conveniently located between Germany and Switzerland. Work space was excellent for computers. Bathroom was modern just as the rest of the complex.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super nice and the breakfast set up and variety was delicious. The ambience on the patio and walking the streets nearby was relaxing and beautiful to see. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The bathroom door is a frosted glass sliding door.

There is a church next door and the bells are starting to toll very early. It is not just one or two bangs but really a cacophony of bells - no chance to miss it so you are up with a lark
