The owner and his family are incredibly kind. It was my first visit to their hotel, which happened to be my birthday, they made the day truly memorable by celebrating with me as if I were part of their family. Their exceptional hospitality set them apart, and I genuinely appreciate the special treatment I received. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone ❤️

The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was very clean, spacious and well maintained. A nice location and easy to find. We had a parking for our car in front of the hotel. The breakfast was very good and tasty.
The pillows were not very comfortable.

The location was perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious and the beads were comfortable. There are restaurants nearby and Swiss border just around the corner. In the village there are many shops.
I would recommend more attention from the staff at the breakfast buffet. There was from time to time bread and other things missing for awhile.

The location is good and there are good restaurants around. The room is old but it's clean(toilet/bath too) and bed is comfortable.
The person who is in the concierge(maybe he is the owner) is not so welcoming.

Courteous staff, awesome location (close to Rhine falls and many restaurants). WiFi and facilities were good too. The restaurant below the hotel also served great food!

Extremely clean. Kind staff. Simpel but more than adequate breakfast. Very good diner facilities next to hotel. Affordable. Great location for reinfalls.
