The location is close to the airport, but you need a taxi or to pay a shuttle to go. The checking can be made automatically by yourself with a machine and you receive a card for the room even without presence of staff. The breakfast starts at 6am, and my flight was early so that I had no breakfast. A breakfast pack would have been appreciated, since breakfast was normally included in the price.

One thing I must mention here, if the hotel or booking.com is charging money for the booking, it should process the charges at the time of booking, instead of at the time of check in to the hotel. For international guests sometimes the bank card or network providers could not work, at that time guests could fall into trouble. My experience is my phone network was not working so I could not call the hotel, and at the same time one of my bank cards was not working, and outside weather was freezing cold. But the hotel receptionist was a very good person, he allowed us to enter into the reception area and helped me a lot to do the checking. *I suggest deducting money at the time of booking instead of at the time of check in.

Location is great for getting to the airport, even early in the morning. 2 minute walk to bus stop. Also easy to get into Zurich by train. There is a supermarket close by and a few restaurants. The room was spacious and the lobby was a nice place to sit and read or have a drink. Room was very quiet, air con worked well. Good security in hotel (card access for elevator, peep hole etc) and friendly staff.

One of the towels in my room was stained and not clean. Bathroom is a bit tight - fine for one night, but might be a bit cramped for a longer stay. Light switches were annoying because it was all or nothing, hard to have just a bit of light. Area was generally ok, but in the evening there were some guys sitting around drinking beer outside the supermarket who were yelling at people walking by which was a little bit uncomfortable.

For an airport hotel, my room was very spacious. And, surprisingly quiet, too. It's located just 200 metres from Kloten train station (just hop on a train headed for Winterthur from platform 18 at Zurich HB) and around 2 kilometres from the airport - it's an easy walk if you're only travelling with hand luggage; otherwise there is a regular bus service. The hotel doesn't serve food in the evenings (only breakfast) but there are shops and restaurants in Kloten (an Aldi literally over the road and a Vietnamese restaurant next door) so you won't struggle to find food. And the hotel does have a bar.

The property had the basic requirements and was okay for a short stay. There was 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner, body wash so for females, it can mess up your hair after a day or so. The bed was comfortable and the black out curtains were good. While overall good experience, it was a bit pricey for the basic ammendities and still require you to spend on uber to and from the airport.

It would have been nicer to have separate toiletries for hair and body wash. It would have been nice to have the system already pick up the info during check in instead of manually entering all the information all over again on the machine.

Check-in machine was very straightforward, it took me some time to fill all the details, but still I found it very convenient. The hotel is very new and clean, the room was big enough for me and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but fresh. The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s very close to the airport and train station, so you have easy access to the city centre, but there is no disturbance noise that I was worried about.

Nothing major, but I would still like to mention: - The light switches in the room are not straightforward, and it will be great if that was explained. The heating rail in the bathroom-I didn’t manage to switch off. - If you’re working from the room, and you would like daylight, there is a building right opposite you, so if you open the blinds, you can see them and they can see you, therefore it would have been great to have a second layer of thin transparent curtains to give some kind of privacy.

Hotel was really good value for money, the room was nice and clean, comfortable. Staff were really helpful and friendly. It's in a good location, train station is just a couple of minutes walk from hotel and then 15/20 minutes on the train to Zurich town centre. It's also walkable from the airport to hotel, once out of airport roads it's a quiet cycle path, about 2.5km to hotel. There's multiple big supermarkets close by with good selection of breakfast food. As well as a couple of restaurants nearby. There's a little bar in the hotel that's quiet and nice for a drink if having an early night. Everything feels new and clean. Overall would definitely go back.

Only thing that would have made it better would be to have coffee facilities in the room.

This brand-new hotel features a modern design, with very clean rooms and updated amenities. Its location is highly convenient—close to the airport with multiple bus routes available.

We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time. While the hotel does not allow guests to leave belongings at reception, they do offer early check-in for an additional fee. Some flexibility in guest services could be improved.

I like the clean minimalistic Scandinavian design and the most comfortable bed. The price/value ratio is excellent. The location to Zürich Airport (6 min. by bus) or the train to Zürich Downtown is optimal.

It would be great to grab a coffee & croissant without having the entire breakfast buffet.

Staff were very nice! The room and hotel design is kept simple but well done. Breakfast is not super big but has many nice options. The location great, close to the airport, with a train station as well as restaurants and supermarkets nearby. In the building there’s a public parking lot; 25.-/24h if you pay for the parking at the reception.

The shower head mount is a bit impractical, but it’s no big deal.
