Everything went very well. We had a great time, and when we return to Schaffhausen we'll stay at the Promenade. I was expecting okay, and we got great. Two thumbs up to the staff, they are next level.

My son and I would I have liked more breakfast options, like scrambled eggs and sausages. But we could have ordered eggs if we wanted, but my son wanted it as a buffet item, like the last hotel we went to. My other son and wife thought the buffet was perfect as it was.

I like the location and the size of the room. The breakfast is also great.

The receptionist is hard to find after check-in. The waiter was great and he provided lots of ice as it was really scorching on the days we stayed. The room is very hot. I had to ask for another fan. We had to open the windows but it did not really help. There should be better cooling in the rooms.

Good and nice location, it is closed to the centre of SH and railway station. Good access to public transport. High standard of grooming and cleanliness - building & site. Nice garden is behind the building. . Kind, friendly and helpful staff. Late and night self check in is very easy. Great value/cost, great stay!

There isn't relevant thing. Perhaps the breakfast would be varied.

Great location, very clean hotel with helpful staff. Room and bathroom were both large with plenty of space for luggage and travel kit. Included breakfast was very good.

Bed was very soft, seemed like maybe the box spring / foundation was worn out. Neighboring church bells are LOUD first thing in the morning, not normally a concern but when overtired from travel it's a bit annoying.

Great location, pictures of the rooms are precise. Very close to city center. Breakfast is very good and healthy, and many choices are available. Service is good, and the atmosphère is calm and quiet.

Very friendly and kind staff. Good breakfast. The family room is very comfortable with two separate rooms and two bathrooms. The room was very clean. 10 min walk from the center.

Excellent clean excellent breakfast fresh lovely bar staff lovely got wet on motorcycle going there and staff dried my clothes safe parking for bike local to town and Rhine Falls would visit again

Quiet location but easy walk to town and station. Fabulous staff, great breakfast

Mattress was a little to soft for us but appreciate that is always personal preference.

We booked a quad room which is good to have a half sized wall to divide the two sets of beds, as privacy is maintained. Also, the dinner provided (of course extra fee is charged) is both rich and delicious.
