I love the breakfast buffet! It was great and very delicious! Me and my business partner loved it. We also loved the beds, they were so comfortable. I would stay there again. Also the location is great.

The bartender was very unfriendly towards us. We aproached the bar to get a drink and she first told us to wait, wich we did, but then she started chatting with other people in the bar that she already gave drinks to. So after waiting for a while we left. We said thank you and walked away. The lady inmediatly got defensive and started talking to us loudly. It made us feel uncomfortable.

The staff we very friendly and helpful at the front desk. They upgraded my daughter and I so that we could be near the room of my 14 year old son and his friend. The executive room was very spacious. Thank you again! The location of the hotel is incredible if you are attending an event at the Hallenstadion.

The service at the bar for drinks and food was very disorganised. They took orders but you had to remind them to bring you their drinks. The female manager behind the bar was quite rude to the two male staff which was not acceptable. They were working hard but she kept taking the card machine. The two bar staff were clearly frustrated but remained polite and professional. (This took place Thursday 1st of May around 17h00 - 18h00).

The hotel is just across the street from Hallenstadion which is the main reason why we stayed here. Fabian from reception was great and he did help us get into the rooms a bit earlier as we had an appointment at 2 pm. We received adjacent rooms as I requested and this helped us a lot as we traveled with kids. The breakfast was good.

The hotel seems a bit outdated, some of the furniture needs a face lift, and the carpet on the corridor at our floor wasn't really clean. A bit pricey for the quality it offers but I guess it has to do with its location...

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Zurich! The hotel is just 50 meters from the concert hall, which was perfect for our plans. Despite the central location and being right next to the road, our room was very quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There’s also a convenient parking garage right at the hotel. Highly recommended for anyone attending events nearby or looking for a comfortable, quiet place to stay in Zurich.

Very spacious and clean room, good facilities and friendly staff. Fantastic location since we went to a concert in the Hallenstadion.

Breakfast was good, but the eggs were absolutely terrible!! I don't normally complain but I love eggs in the morning and the scrambled yellow mush was not eatable. The imitation eggs weren't even mixed properly...very runny, like a soup. It's a shame that they could be prepared and presented that way. If you didn't want eggs, the breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel, clean room, comfy bed. Good breakfast. Location 20 minutes by tram to the city center. Special thanks to Ekaterina from reception, she was very kind and helpful.

The shower is not isolated enough from the entire bathroom, which means the whole floor is in water after taking a shower. Maybe to provide a mop, so we can clean it by ourselves. No refrigerator, no slippers. 2. The hotel asks for a deposit upon check-in even if you paid in advance, this is annoying

A very comfortable stay in a very well connected location in NE Zurich, between the airport and Oerlikon/ the city. In particular, if you are attending any events at the Messe or Hallenstadion, you cannot get a better result than this, literally across the road. Staff welcome was warm, friendly and efficient - restaurant on the ground floor - and comfortable furnishings and very good size room. The only thing missing (a nice to have, not a must have) was to have a small fridge in our room to keep drinks warm. Thank you for a comfortable stay and would/ will definitely stay again, thanks

All perfect. The location is literally 1 min from Hallenstadion east entrance. I had an issue with my room that an incredible night shift lady and the main cleaning lady sorted out in 2 minutes at 6 am in the morning: what an amazing team! It was the very first concert for my son and it could turn to be a bad memory… but they saved the day! THANK YOU SO MUCH! And also thank you for take away breakfast massive sandwich, fruit, chocolate and yogurt!

The clean and quiet room was wonderful, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. I was especially impressed by the ambiance in the hotel—the soothing music, pleasant fragrance, and vibrant colors in the lobby all contributed to a welcoming environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, not just with me but with all the guests. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The location is fantastic, being conveniently close to the airport and public transportation.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location is perfect if you are going to the Hallenstadion - it is 1 min walk from the hotel. It is easy to take public transport from the hotel, just a few minutes away. The staff we met were very welcoming, helpful and extremely sweet, especially Fabian at the reception and Junnait at the bar - thank you so much for making our stay fantastic.

We were surprised by the glass door to the bathroom. You could hear everything through the door. Maybe it should be clearer in the booking and in the pictures. And maybe you should consider turning it into a normal door. But it looks nice
