Oh my gosh this hotel was everything and more. While the lake wasn't as close as I thought, it was beautiful and a really nice walk to it. I liked getting to see everyone swimming and enjoying the weather. The views were beautiful. My room was facing the sunset and it took my breath away, I would absolutely stay here again if I found myself in Switzerland again.

We weren't able to room near each other which honestly was kind of good and bad haha. I have no other complaints.

The friendly staff, great location with view unto the lake supper, breakfast and from my room. Supper and breakfast excellent. Good stay after a through hike on one of the Swiss National Routes.

The wellness area is not a true wellness area. Needs an upgrade and better relaxing area. The price for one night stay was high considering wellness area requires a real upgrade.

The hotel was as good as usual and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The wifi is a problem and has been in the past. If you are a non swiss traveller it is impossible to connect in your room. This is the only problem we have with the hotel, and we get this every time we stay there, which is frustrating.

The breakfasts were excellent. Eggs, hot sausages, several types of salami and cheese, lots of fruit and vegetables, coffee, chocolate, juices, ... . Great view of the lake and pleasant service. The hotel is really suitable for seminars, there are couches everywhere in the corridors and the possibility to connect a laptop to a monitor, including a printer. If I'm in the area we will stay here again. There was a gym with exercise bikes and a sauna, all at no extra charge.

Great location by the lake, free parking, friendly efficient staff at the reception and restaurant, spacious well thought out room, comfortable bed, bathrobe and slippers, lovely toiletries, great breakfast with large selection of local produce

A folding luggage rack would be good, wifi was a little temperamental, silicon joints in the shower need replacing (mould)

Almost everything about our stay was amazing. Friendly and very accommodating staff. Very fresh food (breakfast was really good). The surrounding area was none other than breathtaking. Our room was always warm and had a fantastic view of the lake. I would definitely consider staying here again

The room was absolutely fantastic, beds were very comfortable. I only wish they had smaller pillows. The view was amazing. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

I would have expected more indoor facilities for such a spacious hotel and a little bit more energetic/ smiley staff.

Coffee should come fresh from your expresso machine not from the self serve machine which tastes disgusting, I could not even drink it!

We enjoyed our 1 week stay, great location, delicious breakfast, Professional and helpful staff, good value for money😁👍☀️
