Stayed for two nights. Fantastic location overlooking Lake Lucerne. Excellent hotel & facilities, however I didn’t really take advantage of them as I was on a motorcycle tour. Free parking in the Garage below the hotel, with lift access back to the room. Great menu in the restaurant & the food was delicious. Great range of continental breakfast items

Restaurant was pricey imho. 33CHF (£30) for a Burger & Fries - although it was very tasty! The seal on the shower cubicle leaked in my room, so consequently water spread right across the floor. Not a huge issue, but I informed Reception so they could at least try to repair it.

The hotel features beautifully designed rooms with wooden decor and ceilings that create a warm, cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking. There is both outdoor parking and an underground garage available — and the best part is, parking is completely free. A COOP supermarket is located just across the street, which is very convenient. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the ferry to Lucerne.

The only downside is the lack of air conditioning. My room had a fan, which helped a little. Luckily, the weather was surprisingly cool for July during my stay. However, I can imagine it could get uncomfortable during hotter days.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful and polite. Secure underground parking was provided and included within the total cost. A swimming pool is also included. From the outside the hotel is dated and old but from the inside this is not the case. The hotel room was surprisingly cool considering the warm outside weather and the lack of air conditioning. The views were stunning as to be expected. When it came to the evening meal at the hotel restaurant we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The waiter was excellent and although English was not his strongest language he helped us with recommendations and we couldn’t have been happier. The meal was very good and so were the drinks.

The property has an amazing location! I never spent more time on the balcony as I spent here. Always get the lake view as it is worth it! Spacious room and bathroom. Indoor parking facility with opportunity to charge the EV car for free ( just ask reception) very good quality breakfast! Very fit to travel with a dog with parks around to walk

The outdoor look of the building is not what you expect to see by the shared pictures. It is a very large block of flats within where there is also part of it the hotel. The vibe is basic and if there would not be the view and parking I would not rate it as I do The reception is sadly until 5 pm and the lack of staff to talk with is something you will notice - having the reception being available longer hours would make this place better

The view was amazing room 114 ,double comfy bed , great facilities, fridge ,kettle ,coffee machine ,friendly staff ,location excellent, bus stop outside hotel , buses on time ,great connection to trains to Lucern or even a 10 minute walk to ferry to Lucern. coop store opposite,

Breakfast is usual cereal,yogurt and bread ,cheese and croissants, no hot food ,in case your expecting it . But still all tasty and nice coffees.

The lake view room offers exceptional value. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel also provides coffee machines with pods and water warmers in the room—amenities that are quite rare in Swiss hotels. Coop and Migros are located right in front of the hotel, so perfect if you're looking to buy snacks and others.

The breakfast menu lacked variety, so I chose not to try it

Restaurant not open every evening and limited menu choice but lots of good restaurants down the hill by the ferry stop - quite a steep walk back but there is a bus.

Loved the room with a view of the lake and mountains. The unexpected upgrade was awesome.. All staff were friendly, especially young lady and man, on reception when we checked in and out. Breakfast was great, loved the room, view from bed and balcony was spectacular, the shower was great as well.

Fantastic room with balcony providing beautiful views across Lake Lucerne to the mountains. Very nice dining area and terrace offering the same views. Pleasant and helpful staff and quiet.

These are small things - breakfast was good although no English breakfast tea and chairs on the balcony not that comfortable to relax in and enjoy the views!

The staff was friendly and professional. They assisted us with our needs without making us feel uncomfortable. The property was clean, comfortable and had the necessary amenities for our one night stay. The lake front rooms have amazing views and we used the balcony to gather together. It has a wonderful roof top eating area or just to take in the views. It was an easy walk down hill to get to a lovely park with benches to further enjoy the view or several restaurants to eat. There is also a full service grocery store located directly across the street to grab food for breakfast or snacks. Everyone in our family ranked this hotel high when evaluating our two tour through Switzerland.

It is a 25 minute drive to downtown Lucerne but I believe there is a ferry to take back and forth. We never used it so cant be certain.
