Where do I begin?? 🥰🧿 The two partners - Connie & Gosia are the most warm, beautiful, charming and generous hostesses. The hotel itself is so special with spacious bedrooms with some having gorgeous lake side views. I highly recommend staying in-house for dinner to enjoy Chef Gosia’s DIVINE 3-course meal. She made a special vegetarian meal for us which is the BEST vegetarian food we’ve had in Switzerland. Chef Gosia also made special arrangements for our breakfast which was all so beautifully presented. Roger who works in the restaurant was so kind and professional as was the lovely young lady who took care of us as breakfast. Thank you so much for the most incredible stay - we will return for a longer stay in the summer 🙏🏽♥️

N/A - everything was perfect

I was upgraded to a deluxe room, and the room was truly nice, with a large bed and a sofa for reading and a free standing bathtub, a shower and a separate toilet. (see photos)

The restaurant is small and super quaint, and serves top notch food, but the prices are totally crazy - which unfortunately is a general feature of switzerland. i was alone and ate a four meal course (aperitivo, soup, primo, mains and desert - with three 10cl glasses of red, some water and an espresso), and was charged the equivalent of US$182.40. If you do that as a family of 4 (which we normally are), you'd clock in at well over US$625 just for food and drinks (and no alcohol for the kids).

Incredible impressions of the hotel, very satisfied!!! The location is very convenient with beautiful scenic views. I was traveling with my family and I had the impression that we were visiting old friends. I'm very grateful to the hotel team, who created a warm and cozy home atmosphere. Special thanks to Mrs. Conny for her kindness, positive emotions and good sense of humor, Mrs. Gosia and Mrs. Oksana for the delicious breakfasts, dinners and good company. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, definitely you will not regret it!

This was such a beautiful surprise. Haven’t enjoyed staying at a hotel in a loooong time. The ladies who run the place are super warm and welcoming. They host all guests for an Apero in the evening (maybe was a Xmas thing, but I loved it a lot) the room is spacious, clean, warm, nicely furnished, has coffee and tea facilities and a minibar. Comfy bed and a couch to lounge on. The dinner at the hotel was spectacular. Very meticulously curated 3 course dinner and the lady chef put all her love and creativity into the dishes. One massive plus: they arranged a welcome corner for my dog with a bed and two bowls.

Very cosy traditional Swiss house. All room were beautifully decorated in white and wood accents. Vintage furniture and ornaments complimented the modern soft interior design. A 10 minute still down to the lake. Some rooms have a beatifuful view of lake Lucerne. It’s location in Beckenried is worth a visit alone, and a very convenient stop over for long distance drivers as it’s a three minute drive from the motorway.

Some rooms have open plan showers and bathtubs, fine for s couple but korn for others where privacy is preferred

We stayed at Boutique Hotel Schlussel for one night on our way to Italy. Conny gave us a very warm welcome and was a fabulous host throughout our stay. She kindly upgraded our room from which we had a lovely view of the lake (including from the bath!).The room was very comfortable. We had a first class dining experience - Gosia is an excellent chef! Breakfast was fabulous too with a lot to choose from and very fresh produce. It was a fabulous start to our trip thanks to the lovely hosts.

It was quite expensive for a one night stay with dinner but it really was very good.

Breakfast was fabulous. Rooms were fabulous. Staff was fabulous.

We thought that the Aperitif was mandatory. It was very nice but for us not necessary. Dinner was extremely well done, beautiful and tasty but it wasn’t clear to us that we could have chosen how many courses we wanted.

The staff was very attentive. The location was perfect, away from noise and traffic. Very good food selection for breakfast and dinner. Generally very high standards with the exception of rooms

A bit of a disappointment with the room. Very low ceiling and the bathroom sink right in the room. The shower (very small) did not have almost any privacy. Practically we needed to undress and dress in the room.The toilet (very small again) did not have ventilation. No air condition, needed to have fan running all the time during

The accommodation was very charming, reminiscent of a swiss chalet. Breakfast was delightful. Staff was extremely attentive and kind. We are thankful for the upgrade offered without request. Location is exceptional, close enough to enjoy the city and far enough to experience the lake and country side. Readily accessible to main road.

Super beautiful hotel, the location is amazing (the views!!), the rooms are lovely and spacious and the restaurant (4 course dinner WAUW and also breakfast) is delicious! All staff was super friendly and helpful with our baby. We had the best time!
