We decided to stop in this hotel along our jurney from Luxembourg to Italy and the hotel went beyond our expectations. The position is just perfect for our purposes, it's close to the highway right in the middle of our trip and has convenient free parking. Rooms are big and very clean - I particularly liked the bathroom and the shower which was very clean and with great water temperature/pressure. We asked to have a baby bed and it was clean and comfortable too. Breakfas was also abundant and the staff was super kind.

I think that for Swiss standard the price was good, but it's still Switzerland of course, so clearly if you compare it to hotel prices in neighbour countries it'll look expensive.

First class location. Very easy accessible. The hotel exceeded in every aspect our expectation. Very friendly welcoming staff. Comfortable rooms. Super clean in every aspect. Breakfast is simply delicious. A reflection of great food in Switzerland. We will recommend the hotel to all our associates and friends. Will definitely stay here again when back in Switzerland. A very short 20 minute drive away from Luzern and world class skiing slops of Engelberg.

Super happy the way it was. We can only hope that the hotel in every aspect will retain the very high standards. Please stay the way you are.

The room was very clean, looked exactly like in the pictures, we got a water bottle and a coffee machine with extra coffee pods on request for the room. The people at the reception were really nice and helpful. The check in went very smoothly, but our room was a little bit of a walk to get to. The hotel is in the quieter part of the town and we loved the peace and quiet, however if you’re only in Lucerne for a day or two like us, you should consider staying closer to Lucerne. There’s also a convenience store and a gas station right next to the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The Hotel is about 30 mins to Lucerne by public transport if you leave at the right time. The bus that runs from the hotel is not as frequent as you like it to be. Since we were only in Lucerne for 1 day we had a bit of waiting to do for the bus and the train to get to Lucerne which we would’ve spent in Lucerne instead. However, I knew about the location going in so it’s not really a complaint. If you’re travelling by car this is a perfect place to be within the reach of the city. There was only one water bottle given for a room of 4 people for 2 days which we were not so happy about. But other than that the place was lovely and worth the money!!

Very large family room with loads of space for a family of 4. Great view! Breakfast buffet was pretty good. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Convenient location for exploring - close to beautiful Lucerne.

Reception is not staffed all day - there is a bit of a gap early afternoon. It's not really a problem as there is a self check in machine which we used (we arrived a bit before check in time) without any issues. Also, the hotel is above a garage - not a problem for us at all as our kids loved watched the buses and trucks! Despite this it wasn't noisy.

The Staff was soooo nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good :) Room was quiet big for family with 2 kids. The view from the room was great. They have parking garage for free (good for winter) and also parking lot outside (for free as well) we all know it's expensive in Switzerland but the hotel price during our stay (1-4 January 2025) was not so expensive. We definitely will be back next time we visit Switzerland again 🇨🇭

It was very easy to check in and out. We arrived out of hours, and had been provided with a code to enter the lobby. There we found a self service machine where we popped in our details and it gave us the key and room number. Very easy, we ended up using it to check out too

Floor in the hallway could maybe be carpeted, you could hear peoples suitcases going all the way up and down. However it didnt impct us particularly

Overall atmosphere of the hotel is good. Room is clean and tidy. The staff are really helpful. Easy to locate.

1. The room contains one double bed and 1 sofa bed, where as I was expecting a bunk bed (as shown in the pictures and available in the other rooms) . It is really inconvenient for 2 persons to sleep on a sofabed. 2. The breakfast options are a bit poor. Options like baked beans, hash browns, brown bread etc., could be included.

Clean rooms, easy to access even outside reception hours, there’s a 24hr check in machine. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Breakfast is very good value for money. 10chf and complete buffet. Close by good ski resort Engelberg and Luzern

Would have loved to choose type of eggs to have for breakfast but scrambled eggs were still provided and were very good as well.

Excellent location to bus stop not too far from main train station. Nice staff Very clean & cleaned daily Good access to local shop Efficient service Large windows which could fully open were fantastic but offered great sound proofing when closed.

Wooden floors were caused echoing & movement caused disturbances. Access to hotel entrance via steep steps or down the side of a small industrial estate. Buses were coming and going with no safe walking area for pedestrians. Breakfast was pleasant but very limited. No British type t-bags in room or at breakfast.

The accommodation has great access and a good location for exploring all directions due to the highway. Free parking directly at the hotel, stable free WI-FI, spacious clean and timeless modern furnished rooms, friendly staff, USB charging option (without plugs).

The bathroom is a bit cramped and the shower partition cannot be opened and closed well. Sofabed has cranky noise, not so comfortable.
