Beautiful location right by the very clean waters of the lake, surrounded by mountains. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, sunny balconies with parasols and comfy chairs. Breakfast had a good choice . The small town Gersau is very attractive, clean, with pretty houses. We added a 3rd night, would have happily stayed longer. The weather was beautiful too.There is a large dining balcony right over the water to enjoy the large boats crossing the lake. Many Boat and mountain excursions with reliable timetables are available nearby.

The TV was very small, old, probably disappointing for anyone who needs TV on holidays.We never used it, the lake was much more interesting.

The location and the staff were super friendly, Caroline was absolutely wonderful and made sure she toured us into our room so that we had everything that we needed and was an absolute delight. The room was clean, and the view was absolutely incredible. The location is great, the bus does come often to take you to and from Brunnen, and it is close to things like the Urmiberg gondola which takes you up the south side of the regi mountains- it was a bit clouded in for the days that we were there but it was still an incredible view in the little town and a very welcoming atmosphere.

Location was the best on the lake, and our room with Balcony was perfect for the view. Breakfast was good. Ideal location for Mount Rigi train ride from Vitsnau. Reception and morning staff were very helpful.

1st eve on 17th July dinner time wasn't a good experience. The lady was under lots of stress as she was alone, so service was very, very slow. For 45 mins, she didn't come to take orders. Every time when we called her, she said 1 min and she was rude when she came to take order. Food was good.

Excellent location right on the lake. Very nice clean hotel with perfect restaurant and great meal. Staff helps you with all your questions. You feel relax from the first moment. Also there is fantastic view from the room and from the restaurant.

It is on opposite side from the way and at night was goed quiet, but sound isolation between the rooms can be beter. We could hear our neighbours.

The view from the room is spectacular, the room is very clean, comfortable bed and the staff are exceptionally nice. The hotel location is excellent and easily access by car, bus, train or boat to Luzern old town. Hotel offers the breakfast which is fantastic with a view and friendly staff.

The location is perfect. Lovely views of the lake. Everything in the room you'd need. Room clean. Very old interior but this was not a problem. Very large balcony.

Confusion regarding breakfast being included in price. Very limited breakfast options. Staff member on check in was trying to charge me for the room when I had already paid however this was easily rectified.

The properties location on the lake with a balcony. Close proximity to the boat station and in a nice village. The restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast was nice.

The shower was a bit old fashioned and I like the wash basin to be in the bathroom not the bedroom. I wouldn’t choose an economy room again.

The view from balcony is awesome. Beds are comfortable. Room and bathroom are clean & spacious.

Missing slippers for going out to the balcony, adding those would be just great. Menu is missing a few chicken-based meals.

We loved our room with the lake view from our private balcony. The staff we very kind and helpful and good free parking. We had to leave very early to the airport so didn't get to enjoy their free breakfast.
