Staff are so friendly, generous, the facilities over all are amazing. They have Bathroom bidet, holy Qouran, Prayer time, Sajada. Every thing is suitable for Arab families.

The road to reach the location little bit worried cause it located at the top of the mountain. They don’t have breakfast buffets during my stay, they offer set-menu

The instagramers have really spoilt the hotel, do you really need them. Develop a policy of a 2 night minimum stay. Hotel is well known enough you don’t need them. Right now I would not return because of them.

I’m used to traveling the world and staying in 5-star hotels, but I have to say — the level of service here was on a whole different level. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Everything was flawless, and the attention to detail was simply mind-blowing. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a Corner Suite with a stunning lake view for our honeymoon, which was such a lovely surprise! The handwritten congratulatory note, signed by every member of the staff, was a truly brilliant and unique touch. We kept that letter as a souvenir Thanks for making this stay memorable

I didn’t like the fact I couldn’t stay longer ! 1 night was too short and would have enjoyed a few more days.. nothing negative to say everything was perfect

Cigar lounge very comfortable, cosy , with fire place however small sized of lounge very tiny. Very friendly and experienced staff , really caring clients full satisfaction

Wet area was not clean . The materas on the chairs were very dirty and very wet. There is no bar or some place to chill after dinner; very pitty and regrettable that such five star nice hotel has no entertainment place /bar etc after dinner time .

This is a luxurious boutique getaway. Prepare to be pampered. We loved the privacy of the place, the crowd is small. There are hiking opportunities around the area, breakfast is delicious and as expected- the spa facilities , gym and pool were excellent with some amazing views. Service was fantastic.

Prices are steep but the experience is unforgettable. We got to start saving again.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. Situated in a dreamy location, it offers stunning and relaxing views. The staff are exceptionally kind, helpful, and great with kids. Guests can enjoy free bike rentals, an on-site cinema, and a pool that stays open until 11pm. The breakfast service runs until 2pm, ensuring you can truly unwind and enjoy your stay. In one word, perfect!! In 3 words, heaven on earth. The hotel is amazing, the view cannot be captured by any photos. A luxurious hotel, yet the elegance is not extravagant. The staff is amazing, never seen such a willingness to help and serve, they are so nice I cannot find the words. The breakfast is amazing, the infinity pool is breathtaking, and the view and location are amazing. One of the best hotels I've been to. Felt like home and I miss it already. Looking forward to my next time there.

If I must mention something, the room could have been a little bigger

The views are to die for. The facilities are top notch. My best bit was getting free postcards to send to friends and family.

One staff member treated us differently to how she treated other guests. She may have felt that we are beneath her service 🤷‍♀️
