The location and panorama are exceptional! Lake Lucerne is our favourite destination every time we have a birthday celebration. All staffs are professional, helpful and friendly. My husband got Birthday presents from Waldhotel and we were lucky that on my husband's birthday, no-one was in the Sauna and the pool. So we had kinda ''private'' Pool and Sauna :D Our birthday dinner at Verbena was also fantastic. The chocolate cake that I arranged with Guest Team Experience was super delicious!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location for a nice quiet spa vacation. Great restaurants, great staff ,very nice and comfortable bed.

Everything was very expensive ( spa restaurants etc.) We booked this hotel which is beautiful but was too quite for us so we asked to move to the other building hotel because here the bar and lobby was closed during the day ( except for specific times)and our spa treatments were booked in the other hotel . It’s 5 min walk between them but we preferred to add the payment and move to the more active hotel .

We spent 7 days on a family vacation here. All staff were really friendly. In particular, the service from the restaurant staff was perfect. We would also like to thank the staff who help us with valet parking every day. It was also really nice to be able to enjoy a new menu every night. The food is really delicious. My family will definitely spend our summer vacation here next year. Thank you

If there is one thing I regret. It seemed like the glass shelf above the coffee machine in the hotel room had not been cleaned once in 7 days and the floor had not been vacuumed at all. But everything is perfect.

It’s amazing in every way. Great resort. Lots to do. Easy to walk ( 200m )between hotels and the 7 restaurants. The Alpine spa in the main hotel is payable by waldhotel guests and is around £200 for 4 hours or £260 for the day each. This is a lot when the waldhotel has its own spa with most of the facilities the main one has.

No buggy transfer between hotels which is annoying on an evening when it’s raining. The price for parking is high £50 per day. The price for food is as high as I’ve ever seen. £60 for a basic burger at lunch.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The service was excellent, and the staff made me feel very special. The design is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable with great attention to detail. ‏The dining experience was outstanding, with fresh and delicious meals paired with exceptional service. The spa, overlooking stunning views, added another layer of relaxation to my stay. ‏I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and was warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift of champagne and chocolates. It was an unforgettable experience, and I will definitely return in the future.

Everything was perfect!

The natural beauty of the spectacular property the hotels are situated on is simply amazing. The hotels provide superb service, from booking to the wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable staff on arrival to the property. My dining experience did not disappoint. I enjoyed the delectable freshness of each meal & the delightful presentation. My room was spacious, clean & quite modern with an amazing alpine view. The fresh orchids in the room added a very nice welcome touch to the ambience which is set for guests relaxation & rejuvenation.

Perhaps a complimentary shuttle to & from Zurich Airport might be condidered. The Opera Dinner was very enjoyable & I hope more similar evening activities will be added in the near future.

Wonderful staff at Waldhotel, especially those in the restaurant are very attentive to our needs and requests. Excellent food at Verbena restaurant, both in terms of quality, taste and presentation. It started to snow the day we arrived. The Burgenstock turned into a winter wonderland with spectacular views. Great spa. It was a treat to appreciate the snow falling while enjoying the hot outdoor pool:-) Free tickets for the furnicular and boat to Lucerne was a plus.

Everything was incredible! All of the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and the room was very comfortable. We loved having access to the spa. It was great to walk around the resort - the views are breathtaking! Having the funicular and ferry included was fantastic as we were also able to visit Luzern for a while. The food at Spices Restaurant and the service was exceptional! Highly highly recommend. We LOVED our stay.

I really like the quality of the hotel + food is really good and also the breakfast and house keeping is really good as well, what make me love this hotel more and more is the stuff they was very lovely very kind and helpful specially ( Peter Schubert ) he is really helpful person and respectful and kind, when I told him about any thing happen to me he is always in guests side and he don’t lets the guests get mad of anything happen while they staying in the hotel and this guy is 1 of reason make me had really good experience in that hotel that hotel thanks to the all stuff who works there !

This is like a dream place. An experience you would hardly forget! The location is dreamy, my room was facing the hills with cowbells ringing all day. Breakfast are exquisite, whatever you like will be served within a minute. Service everywhere in the resort is amazing, stuff is the friendliest and the most entertaining for the ones who travel alone too. You can enjoy several different restaurants with great cuisine and views. Spa in the Waldhotel is perfect, clean and quiet, not many visitors during a low season (i was basically alone there all the time). You can also enjoy some attractions around or visit Luzern by boat fastly.
