My wife and I recently stayed 3 nights at the Hotel & Restaurant Rossli in Stansstad. The room was large in size and very clean. We chose to stay in Stansstad because of its location and small town feel. It's a short train ride into Lucerne and there is even a ferry which docks really close to the hotel. We only ate at the restaurant one night and our meal was excellent. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

During our stay there was a lot of construction going on outside the hotel. Of course this was not their fault and they even notified us in advance.

The room was lovely, modern bathroom, constant hot water. The towels were changed frequently and the room cleaned. A wonderful balcony Bottled water was provided. I was grateful my bedroom had a ceiling fan, I don't believe all of the rooms have them , standing fans are provided. The hotel owners went that extra mile to make sure you were comfortable and had everything you needed All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Lack of a kettle - however, you could always go to the bar/ restaurant for a hot drink. Not the hotel at fault,but a lot of noise early on from 5:40 from neighbours.

Very bright rooms and the separate seating area and bed is nice. There is no aircon but lots of windows to open so that's good also. The location is great and a few minute walk from the station and the lake and a few very nice restaurants within a 10 minutr walk. Staff are very friendly and helpful!

A small Improvement might be to have a few more things in the bathroom like separate shower gel and shampoo. However a very minor issue!

Quiet hotel within walking distance from train station. A Lovely location and helpful staff. Dinner was amazing food - very tasty and reasonably priced. Breakfast was continental style. Stayed one night. Very large modern nice room and openable windows for fresh air and patio area. Water available in the room.

Restaurant is quite good foods and drink. Near lake and quiet place. Scenery is nice.

On summer time, room was hot when check in around 9pm. Better to open window before in room because only fan not aircon.

The room was bigger than our living room. We booked a double room for us and our 6 year old, but the bed was big enough for almost 4 people. So for just one night it's totally fine. The room looked completely new and even smelled new. The balcony with sight on the water was nice as well

The blankets were half the size of the bed. So one person didn't have any, or your feet weren't covered

Not the cheapest, but it is clean, well maintained and the location is good. The staff were amazing. They made it into a good experience. Your support was truly appreciated. Thank you sincerely.

No elevator. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Not even water boiler.

Clear and quiet. Easy car parking .good reataurant bar. People good service and nice. Good view. Near lake

Not enough. Nothing in room. No coffee no tea . No electric kettle.but you can go to the bar. Supermarket beside hotel.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room is beautifully designed, very spacious and with a lovely balcony.

This place is in a perfect locations, we stayed for 3 nights and it was easy to walk around and the public transport is awesome.
