Location: Super near to Alpnachstad Station, just 3 mins walk distance Facilities: Although it stated “Budget” hotel, but it contained all necessities. Coffee machine, boiler, water heater, dining table. Extra: Although it says sharing common area, but during my stay (1 night) i enjoy the whole area because i never meet my housemates then i left Haha. And, all the common area and bedroom is super clean especially the toilet. Improvement: Probably its only the signage direction to entrance make it clearer enough. Good value of money (5 stars)

This stay was very convenient. High quality renovated building with well done furniture and products. Location was ideal for going up Mt. Pilatus. It is just down the street. The host allowed us to park earlier in the morning of check in so we could do our hike. Very convenient! Wifi was strong and other guests were quiet and respectful. This location is great if you are on your way to or from Interlaken and want to check out the area. Included complimentary coffee, show gel and soap. Really a great stay!

No major complaints. It has a small area that we assumed was a kitchen, but did not have any cooking appliances. This was not an issue. Just don't expect to be able to cook your own food.

The location is ideal for Mt Pilatus visit abd instructions shared by owner for self checkin is clear.The apartment is very clean and the possibility to leave luggage before and after check out just makes it very convenient .There is aslo coffee tea station complimentary .

The only drawback we experienced was it was warm the day we visited and there was no fan in the room and couldnt keep the window open due to noise of vehicle passing by.

It was very clean, new and comfort. The other two rooms were unbooked so we had the shared areas (living room - cuisine, and bathroom) on our own. The host helped us as soon as i texted him. It has free wi-fi which you can connect even outside the house (very important cause roaming doesn't work in Switzerland). Welcome coffee, tea, water provided!

Very easy access to the train station by foot. Modern room. Big bathroom with shower Easy self check-in with clear procedures.

The shared mini fridge can run out of space quickly when all 3 rooms are using it. Soundproofing is not the best: when people talks in the shared living/dining room, I can hear the full conversation in my room with the door closed.

The property is new and very cozy and clean. There are two more rooms with whom you have to share the bathroom but it is a big and clean modern bathroom. There is also a living room with TV and coffee station for common use. Everything looked new and clean, we felt really home, would highly recommend.

A microwave could have been of use if there was one, it would have been perfect.

A really nice place, close to Luzern, quiet place, has a parking. It's definitely worth it if you travel with friends because it has 3 rooms and one common living. It has a coffee station, no kitchen tools.

we were lucky the other guests weren't there because for me the common living room is kinda weird. Only good if you book the whole place not just one room.

Nice comfortabel living area. Good parking in front. Clear directions on how to open the door, etc. Clean feeling in shared area and room Appreciated the charger block in the nightstand. Usb port and outlet options.

Water Tap in living room barely worked. You can't see if the bathroom is available or occupied if the door is closed. In the area there are not many restaurants open on mondays.

Price was good. Near a train station, has parking too. Has a fridge and coffee/tea station. Living area is large enough to hang out.

Rooms are small and cold. Staff member was rude when asked if heating could be turned up. With such a massive living room they could also add a microwave which would help with those on a budget in Switzerland.

Very good value. Exceptionally clean. Communication with the host excellent but we didn't meet him. Tea and coffee provided. No cooking facilities but ample takeaways and eateries in tne area. Very close to the station for mount Pilatus. Also handy for Lucerne. We would stay again.

Don't expect self catering. There it no provision for this and it is a good thing as the place is clean tidy and odour free. Many people may not like this but it wasn't a problem for us
