The area where it was located. The size of the room that had enough space and free WiFi and parking. The bathroom was nice and clean.

There was a bit of a strange smell in the room, we had to have windows open all the time and still after three days the smell did not disappear. Room had no television and the double bed was smaller size, only 140 which was a bit to small for me and my partner.

The room was good. Having free parking is a great thing in areas like Lucerne. The host was responsive and accommodated early check in. The informative booklet in the room answered most of the questions we had.

15 min drive from the centre. The area is not very lively.

Excellent location if you travel by car(free parking in front of the house). There was no noise at all in the night, and we were there on weekend nights. Small but clean room, free coffee/tea, nice shower, cheaper for swiss average. It is very easy to check-in and checkout. Working WiFi.

We needed to remove the bed sheet and throw the rubbish... We already paid too much, and we expected at least a good service. The bed was a bit small, but we are short, so it was not a problem for us 😁

Very easy to access and quiet but location a little industrial.

There needs to be a sofa or easy chairs to relax in. We cleaned and brought in the patio chairs which were more comfortable than else available.

stronger bulbs, electric kettle (was promised but wasnt there), very warm, no fan or air conditioner, bed too narrow, no chairs to sit on,, shower very slippery, need a rubber mat, no hooks on bathroom door or wall, no place to hang clean clothes or wet towel.

Bed and bathroom were nice and clean. It was nice to have a mini-fridge. It was pretty close to the bus station so that helped to get round in town.

There was only 1 chair and a desk that was attached to the wall and no real table. It would have been nice to have AC.

Nice quiet place, helpful host sorted problem immediately. Good communication. Highly recommend.
