The Lux was a bit heaven after a long frustrating bus trip. Clean, comfortable with clear instruction given on how to access the apartment after hours when our bus was cancelled then delayed. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly, informative and efficient. She was able to book us another night without fuss. There was a bus stop about 200m away which took us straight into the heart of Lucerne which ran every 7 minutes or so and was free as we had booked accommodation in Lucerne.

Nice hotel. Free parking was great because we came with a rented car and didn’t have to pay for expensive parking. We got a visitor ticket from the hotel that granted us a free bus ride to luzern center. We took the family room - extra large room with a lot of space and rooftop terrace. The staff were very nice and welcoming.

Poor breakfast. Needs more salads, egg omelet, white cheese

Exceptional hotel, staff was so welcoming and nice, room very spacious and comfortable, delicious breakfast and parking available for our stay. I would definitely book it again if around and definitely recommending it! There is also a pizzeria/restaurant on the ground floor, we enjoyed the lovely atmosphere and yummy food, staff also exceptionally professional and kind. Everyone also speaks English!

Great value for the price as Lucern is very expensive. Bus station is right below the hotel, so you can directly come to the centar of Lucern within 20 min. The best is that you get visitors card which you can use to trevel for free within Lucern (bus or train), just check which zones it coveres. Room for two was not big but if you are going to just sleep in it like we did, it is perfect. Bathroom was great , with spacious walk in shower and large window which was my bigest plus.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The three-person room we had was clean, well maintained, and had a nice balcony with a great view. It was a very pleasant stay. The connecting restaurant also served great food and was handy when we were all too tired to find food somewhere else.

I'm generally satisfied with my stay. But if I have to say something, there's 2 things that people should be aware about. First, the elevator does not service every floor. Second, the blinds for the window do not cover the light from outside during the day. None of these inconvenienced me but it might others.

We had an amazing room, with good beds, very spacious and with very good AC. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was a bit below standard and the assortment would change every day. The location is a little bit outside of the city center, but it was always very quiet and as we came by car this wasn't a issue for us. The parking lot was a little bit small but the staff was always willing to help us find a space.

We stayed at the Businesshotel Lux only one night on our way to North Europe. The hotel is only a short drive from Lucerne, a beautiful medieval city with covered bridges, historic buildings and lively squares. After a lovely sight-seeing tour we chilled on the Ufschötti Strand beach. They say " when in Switzerland do like the Swiss do" and they were all there relaxing under the trees on the lawn or on the large sandy beach. The Businesshotel Lux has free parking and a pleasant breakfast included.

Good positioning. Around 200m to the bus station. They also offer free bus in direction Luzern and they also have some other offers for tourist activities. Free parking is also a great option and I was also happy with the food in the restaurant.

The toilet was situated a little bit strange that you don’t have much space and also the shower door was very loud.

The hotel was very clean and comfy. Staff was courteous and beds were comfortable. We were given a room with terrace with nice mountain view. Bravo. Will definitely recommend to all type of travellers.

Limited Breakfast assortment. The Family room given to us was enough for full family and our 2 kids aged 12 and 15 could have used the 2 level bunk bed while we could use Double bed. Booking.com recommended 2 rooms so we had to pay extra for 3 nights for Economy Twin room.

I stayed at room 301, a big one with a big balcony, amazing panoramic view of the Alps, the hotel is perfect for a couple who are seeking for a quiet place away from the noise of the big cities. Nice simple breakfast, the ladies in the restaurants were nice and polite
