Great location: There are supermarkets nearby, the old city is just 10 min by foot, 2 different bus stations nearby, great view to the Gütsch Hotel and just a few mins walk to the Gütsch funicular. There's a lift if you're travelling with kids, and the kitchen was really good equipped.

The apartment could be cleaner. There were hairs in the bathroom, the sheets looked like their were already used, the internet was really slow, could watch TV as it was not working but that wasn't reslly a problem for us, the faucet was nonstop dripping, the exhaused in the bathroom was really loud you have to close the bathroom door,

The apartment was close to bus stops and 3 supermarkets. The staff responded quickly when phoned and were helpful. The room was quiet and had a sofa. The kitchenette was well supplied with pots and utensils. The 2-burner stove was large enough to let us cook 2 pots at the same time. The room served us well overall.

During hot weather the room was hot, but the 2 fans there did help. The kitchenette lighting was too low and there was minimal counter space. The bathroom sink didn't have a working plug and the sink was blocked, so water drained out very slowly. There was no shelf for a toiletry bag and no hooks to hang up clothes on the bathroom.

Very spacious room with smart TV, friendly staff and easy check-in. We loved the location as well. The property is near the covered wooden bridges and the city walls and also near a supermarket. They were kind enough to give us some detergent to wash our clothes, but they also offer laundry services for those who want that. The property is responsive to any questions.

The pillows were really floppy and old. We also only got one pillow per person, which is a problem when the pillow is this soft.

The location is very good. Aldi, Coop, and Micros just around the corner. Parking is closeby at the Altstadt Parking garage. It is an apartment in a multi-apartment-complex, but it has an elevator. It was very clean, we did some meal preparation/cooking, and the kitchen is functionally equipped. We received free passes for all public transportation, which made it very easy to get around. The street is very quiet, some good restaurants in walking distance. We felt safe walking around at night.

Well, it's an apartment complex, the entrance does not look great, but that's just a minor and not bothersome to us. We enjoyed the central location, everything is accessible by foot or public transport. Unfortunately no laundry machine.

Nice and comfortable. Good value for money, conveniently located withing walking distance of the old town center and the main sights. Also very close to a convenient parking facility where you can leave your car during the whole stay. 2 supermarkets right downstairs and lots of restaurants close by. The studio was as described, not very big, but with everything we needed for our stay.

The noise. Poor soundproofing, so noise travels from one appartment to the others a lot. Some neighbors banged our walls the very first night at 9PM because the tv was on, it wasn't even loud so we had no idea it could be heard by others... The next morning we were woken at 6am by people talking next door and their children running around. Also our doorbell was rung by strangers at least once each night, sometimes in the middle of the night. No idea if it came from downstairs or the corridor (doorbell button close to the light switch) but definitely not pleasant to be woken up by the doorbell at 3am.

Our host was very helpful as we had had lost some luggage and he helped filling in forms for us.

Lift button needed attention. We first tried the stairs that were dark so falling was possible.

We upgraded from studio to 2 bedroom apartment as I want balcony. It so spacious for a couple. Apartment clean, shower very good, bed comfortable. What else you need for travel. Oh only 5mins to Chapel bridge and Spreue bridge. We checked in on 19/11/24 and on 20/11 was very heavy snow hence we can’t go to mount Rigi and Mount Pilatus as weather too bad, can’t see anything up there. People said November is good for Switzerland but NO, next time I will come back around Spring end August begins September

Spacious, staff friendly and they reply to my wifi problem so quickly. Since my apartment wifi not working so the technician came to hook us up to other room wifi

The location was perfect: less than 10 min walk to the center, bus stop nearby, quiet street, public parking and 3 supermarkets nearby, dishwasher, the apartment was relatively large. We were provided a city public transport card for free (upon request), which was definitely great to have.

We overall enjoyed our stay, but would appreciate some improvements if we were to come back: the floor looked clean, but dirt was just spread around, as our socks become grey very quickly. Slippers advised. Wifi was extremely slow (1Mbps or less), as shared between the many apartments. No Netflix / YouTube / home working possible. We only had 1 door key (even after asking for one more), which was annoying.
