Like the set up of the room. Clean hardwood floor . Adequate lighting , a fan , proper furniture set up . Breakfast was good , not excellent

The bathroom . It’s small and the bathtub and the shower is situated such a way that it’s almost impossible to take a shower without splashing water all over the bathroom . It’s best to put standing shower with door enclosed in such a small space or if there’s a scope , make the shower area slightly bigger so that water does not splash all over the bathroom .

Breakfast was included, but at 350.00USD per night lunch and dinner should of also been included. Very convenient location to the lake and covered bridges and other touristy things. We do not ski but just a short walk to Lake Lucerne, the views of the Alps was amazing. Parking was available at Euro 22.50 per day.

All of Switzerland is very expensive, so come prepared. If you're looking for touristy things like we do there's not much there, Zurich and Basle are much nicer to visit. It took us a couple of hours to walk the lake and see just about everything in the city. Might of taken more time but we were there on a Sunday and the churches had mass. This was just a stop on our 2 weeks road trip from Germany to Napoli, Italy and back. Parking was available at Euro 22.50 per day. The Paravian restaurant was closed.

Very good location within walking distance of the main city attractions. Matteo was very friendly. He was also kind enough to upgrade our room, which was greatly appreciated. The room was very spacious and had a coffee machine. We had a shower and did not experience any of the issues noted by other reviewers. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Overall, a very good price-to-value ratio for Luzern.

The bed was not very comfortable.

Basic room but has everything you need with a pleasant breakfast included. Staff at the hotel were friendly and happy to help. The hotel is in close proximity to everything in the centre and only a short walk to the station. Would definitely recommend! :)

Room was quite hot throughout the day, even with the fan on full blast. The pillows were too thin. The shower was very awkward.

The property boasts a fantastic location, with convenient access to both the bus stop and the train station. Guests can look forward to enjoying a delicious and substantial breakfast. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. Additionally, the hotel is situated near the Alstadt, offering easy access to this historic area.

Nothing that we would like to highlight.

Clean affordable room available by elevator. Easy location to downtown and 10 minutes walk from the train station. A good breakfast provided. Helpful staff. Good wifi.

A bit more hanging storage room would have been nice. Not overly spacious room, but adequate.

-Location is accessible and near Old Town, tourist spots and eating places -Lucerne Station is fairly near and walkable; but we still took Bus 2, 9 or 12 whenever possible. -Electric fan helped a lot with ventilation -The room is comfortable for 2 people and basic necessities are provided during our stay -Room size is ok; we could still open 2 big luggage. -Bed is comfortable -Room is cleaned everyday -Kitchen staff is welcoming -Hot meals at breakfast for some days -Wide shelves in toilet to keep our toiletries

-Since we kept the windows open for cool air to come in, sometimes we could hear sounds from the road. It could be disrupting for light sleepers. -Shower water temperature fluctuates -Breakfast is alright but not too much variety -Got to be extra careful of the sliding glass toilet door and glass shower door -Pillows

The location is fantastic, close to shops, food, and the river/lake. There was also a breakfast and the staff were very helpful.

The bathroom was not clean and the shower was very small. There was also no AC and only one fan barely worked.

The Staff were really helpful and patient with my limited German (turns out they all spoke perfect English) Breakfast was a good buffet with hot and cold food- The location was really good just a 5 min walk to the Old Chapple Bridge, WiFi was also excellent Staff were very helpful with info on free buses and things to do, I picked the hotel as I thought it was a budget option but was pleasantly surprised,

Nice hotel with all the usual facilities about 10 minutes from the station. Peruvian restaurant next door to hotel with great food.

Lucerne is a busy city and the hotel is not on a main street but it was noisy with the windows open.
