Hotel staff gave me a room on the 5th floor with the view of the court yard that was quiet, as I requested it. Another thing I like was the AC, or air conditioning. It’s needed when Lucerne has an occasional heat wave, but we did not really need it as temp was in the low 60s in mid Sept. However we still use it to make the room cool and less humid. This provided good sleeping environment. But I must say the AC control is not user friendly. It was hard to figure out how to use the adjustment control. Breakfast selection was not like Hilton but it provided enough food option to satisfy one’s hunger. Capacino coffee was good. As a coffee lover, this is very good in my book. Lastly one young lady hotel front desk staff that served us was friendly and has a good positive attitude. Many hotel lacks that so it was refreshing to experience it.

AC control panel. Not easy to use. The bed was just okay, a bit firm but no plushy.

Check in at 3pm , but the room is ready when we reached at 12pm. Comfortable bed , with three pillows.

It’s best if the TV got English subtitles, but no big deal , Switzerland you don need to watch TV.

I stayed at AMERON Lucerne for one night and really enjoyed my experience. The hotel was very stylish, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the coffee machine and complimentary coffee in the room—it was a great touch. The room temperature was just right, making the stay even more pleasant. The location was also excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the lakeside.

One suggestion for improvement would be to provide disposable slippers in the room. Also, the bathroom amenities could be enhanced to better match the overall quality of the hotel.

We booked our room pretty last-minute, and the price was much more reasonable than the other options close by. Upon arrival we were greeted with such pleasant staff, and very smoothly checked in to our room. The room was very nice, clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The location was fantastic as well; on a quiet street but only a minute walk to the water. We would recommend this hotel, and would be happy to stay here in the future.

No complaints! We paid a lot more per night for a hotel 2 blocks away that was quite underwhelming.

The location was great. Only a few minutes away from the train station and walking distance to some tourist attractions and restarurants. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Water pressure and temperature was amazing. The breakfast buffet was very good and they had diverse foods for a good price.

The bedding and pillows weren't comfortable. I had to fold two pillows on top of each other to make them fluffier and thicker. The blanket was really thick and heavy, so I had to take the cover off to be able to sleep cool.

1. There is stink of toilet when we open the door(614), it might be the ventilation issue of toilet. 2. When all reception are occupied and ahead guest got issue, it will takes time to wait, not enough people to handle. 3. Shower space is not fully isolated, water will spill out when taking shower. There is a door that connect room 614 and 615, even it's full locked, if you don't like it, be sure to highlight when making reservation.

Excellent location. Tucked away down a side street, the hotel was only a few metres from riverside, bridges and the old town on one side and a short walk from the train station on the other. The room was quite spacious and everything worked well. We enjoyed our meal in the restaurant. The foyer had a cosy fire and seating area which looked like a comfortable place to have a drink with friends.

Breakfast was not included and would’ve been $25 CHF extra per person per day. The location was easy and close to the train station. The staff friendly and professional. A restaurant attached which we ate in one evening, expensive but good food. Complimentary mini bar included in our room.

Even though we requested ahead of time two beds, they didn’t have that info when we checked in. It took a while, but they were able to separate a king bed for us. The room was tiny and had a terrible view but it was clean and well appointed. The tv kept going out on us, we told them at checkout so they could get someone in to fix it. For the price of our room, breakfast should have been included.

This hotel is in the PERFECT location. I would definitely stay here again. It's steps away from the Chapel Bridge and only a few blocks from the train station and close to shopping and yet it's quiet and upscale and has an Italian restaurant attached. The bed was comfy, which is very important to me, and I loved having a kettle for tea and coffee in the room.

Our heater was broken the first night so they brought in a space heater, which took care of the issue. They fixed the heat the next day. We also earned a 5 euro discount at the restaurant because we waived room cleaning during our stay but weren't provided a voucher so when we went to the restaurant they wouldn't honor it. The waiter told us it would be discounted when we paid our bill for the room, but that was erroneous information. Make sure to get the voucher before you go to the restaurant

We enjoyed the access to the restaurant below. The waiter there was very fun and made the experience that much better. The staff was really kind, helpful, and accomodating. The place was clean and comfortable.

The windows facing the street let in too much noise. It disturbed our sleep a lot. Otherwise, not much to complain about. The parking garage was a little hard to find though, which can be stressful as rerouting in that area is difficult. As soon as you see the Bacio restaurant, turn right!
