Comfortable spacious room. Coffee machine, coffee pods and tea bags provided. Very near to the main train station. Walking distance from the centre. Bus links nearby. I wasn’t expecting to receive a bus ticket from the hotel but that was very useful. Additionally received voucher codes for local museums and shops/restaurants; although I wasn’t able to take advantage of them it was nice to receive.

It’s just not the same making a cup of tea with water from a coffee machine. Is it possible to provide a small kettle? The door to the bathroom/shower room also needed to be cleaned as it had fingerprint marks, but otherwise the room and bathroom were clean.

I really do not have one specific because everything was great and fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located within the vicinity of Lucerne Central Station within 5 - 10 minutes to catch my daily commutes to various destinations. My room was very spacious with a one-bedroom, spacious living area, and bathroom. The room is very comfortable and the bed is amazing and always get a full 8 hours of rest every night. The complimentary breakfast is located in a beautiful design across the lobby. It is very spacious and never felt like there is not enough seating for some privacy. The food is amazing, filling, and hearty with scrambled eggs, sausages, and other varieties of Intercontinental-style breakfast. Above all the staff is amazing and I always feel welcome coming and going from the Hotel. They always take their time to greet their guests or have a small chat even when busy. I love the lobby and kitchen staff as they always make me feel at home with warm smiles. I stayed for 2+ weeks and I can say it almost felt like my fully serviced apartment in New York City Manhattan.

No a big deal, but I was not sure if it is just customary in the Swiss Boutique Hotel like to have translucent curtains. The hotel is located next to and across many offices, shops, and apartments so in the daytime or at night it seems people can look into the living or the bedroom. Like many standard brand hotels like Radisson Blu, I used to stay next to the Lucerne Station, they have translucent and hard blackout blinds for privacy. I always have to change in my bathroom because around 8 am or 5 pm, people are still in the office next door or on the other rooftop building looking in. In any case, it would be nice to have secondary blackout blinds for privacy or if someone wants to sleep in.

The localization was excellent to know the city by foot. The hotel was also really beautiful - an old building but now with modern touch. It was permitted to leave our luggage in the hotel after check-out with no additional costs

There was no air conditioning and the temperature was really hot during our stay.

Fantastic hotel. The location right next to Lucerne station is a boon. Pretty much everything - ferry terminal, supermarket, mcdonalds for a quick bite, pickup points for bus tours - is around the hotel. Staff was super helpful - helped us design an itinerary and also upgraded us to a suite. Can't comment on standard rooms, but the suite was fabulous. The facilities were great and breakfast was very decent. It's expensive of course, but by Switzerland standards one can say it's good value for money.

Probably the one small thing we'd like to change is the fact that the shower is integrated into the bathtub and it can get a little slippery at times.

Location is good. Front desk staff is very welcoming, friendly and professional. Noraly was extremely pleasant to talk with and extremely helpful giving us ideas of things to do and figuring out the train ride schedules as it was our first time to Switzerland. We bought the front desk staff some bear biscuits from Bern as a way to show our appreciation for their service. Margos supermarket is just across the street from us. Lucerne Station is 4 mins. walk from hotel. Very convenient location.

I find their breakfast choices are very limited for CHF28/person, so we decided to eat out instead. Overall, not much issues.

Great hotel, very practical, cosy, convenient and clean ! Great location near the station, you can just cross the street and have access to all busses and trains (which are very reliable in Switzerland). Together with the hotel booking comes a QR code you can use on all public transportation for FREE in zone 10 (which is quite extensive). The hotel has a good breakfast, staff was very friendly, parking was convenient, the room was very clean and nice with a small desk to work on as well; The WIFI was easily accessible. Will stay here again.

There was a lot of noise coming from the street (but noting good earplugs couldn't cancel out ;) )

Conveniently located hotel, just over the road from the railway station, with its train, bus and ferry connections and multiple food outlets (including Tibits, an excellent vegetarian buffet). Heritage facade, but modern inside. Lovely staff. Spacious and very clean bedroom (divided from en suite bathroom by a translucent sliding door that did not quite close). Fridge and coffee maker in room, and kettle available from Reception. Electric black-out blinds on main window, which we discovered when experimenting with light switches beside door. Plenty of power outlets for charging phones and laptops. Our room faced a courtyard and was very quiet, even with the windows open at night. Breakfast was good, though staff struggled a bit to keep dishes restocked and it would have been nice to have had plain muesli rather than a chocolate one. Online check out meant that we could simply drop our keys at Reception when leaving. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and the helpfulness of its staff.

Shower over bath was slippery underfoot, and the water temperature fluctuated rapidly between too hot and completely cold. Pillows far too thick for comfort (though we could probably have asked for different ones).

The location was excellent, train station was very near, and the old town and all the old bridges were almost as near. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered us tickets to use in the local public transportation. The room was quiet and clean. Bed was good. Electric adjustable shades in the windows made the room very dark at night, which is good. Breakfast was good!

There was no air conditioning, so our room temperature was almost 27 degrees (C), when it was 32 degrees outside. There was an air fan though, which kept us alive during the night. But the sleep was not good on that heat. I would give this hotel a 10 if we would have not visited it during the summer heat, but 8 now because of the room temperature.

Location very convenient walk from central train station in the New Town area, even when carrying large bags. Nicely urbanized area very close to the attractions and great starting place for your walking tour to the historical Old Town. Building has a spectacular look and feel at street level since it’s located on a renovated historical structure.

Common areas like lobby, restaurant, etc. are good and have an elevated feel, however rooms fall a little flat in terms of size, look and fell, and do not match the overall experience (for the price I mean). We stayed during summer and similar to any other hotel in Switzerland A/C cooling is not available. However the A/C heating was on as we arrived to the room, therefore the room stayed hot for a while even after we opened all the windows and turned on the provided pedestal fan (again this is expected when traveling during summer all over most of Europe, and American should be aware of this). Get a room facing the interior courtyard so you do not experience street noise with the windows open.

Location was perfect, left train station, located on street across around corner. Easy to find. In a nice area, right near the famous bridge, walk to it. Very beautiful and scenic area. Room was very nice and modern, water pressure and temp good in shower. Very nice buffet breakfast, plentiful. Staff were great. great stay. Recommend.

Room could use an over head fan, since no air conditioning this time of year and weather was a little warm, although the window opened, but was noisy when open until it got later, then quiet. Bed comfortable, nice towels, lighting weird to turn on (buttons) but just took awhile to figure out. Otherwise, great stay.
