Location is great, just on the river bank. Room well maintained.

The heating in the hotel is set to very high temperature, especially in the room. Not necessary, uncomfortable, expensive for the hotel. The blanket was a bit itchy. The hotel itself has no breakfast available, but there are plenty of bakeries in the near vicinity.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms.

Double room. Not the easiest to get in and out of the shower, lack of space and cramped. Not a complete inconvenience for us as we are not big people but less than ideal.

The location is great. Just off the Reuss River near the end of the Chapel Bridge. Close to the train and bus stations. The room was nice and big. Staff was really nice. We had a wonderful 3 night stay

Like most old hotels in Europe there is no A/C, which was a little uncomfortable in the 80 degree weather we had the first 2 days. There is a large ceiling fan that helps. The bathroom was very small, as in you could barely shut the door past your body while you were in the room. The cleaning also could have been better. There was a large stain on the bottom of one of our comforters and housekeeping didn't empty our trash.

A perfect location for exploring the wonderful city of Luzern. Rooms are fresh and clean and big enough for a couple. The huge ceiling fan was brilliant whilst we were there in hot weather. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the discount offered at their Italian restaurant was a bonus.

Nothing to complain about except, perhaps, the noisy street in the mornings, but you have to expect that if staying in a pedestrian-only Old Town, where deliveries start at 6.30am through cobbled streets - and it’s so hot you have to have the windows open. The noise woke me but I love it...

The location was great, very convenient to transportation, tourist attractions and restaurants and bars. The room was comfortable. The attached brewery was very pleasant. There was a coupon for the brewery, but we did not learn about it until after we had dined there.

There was no AC, but a fan helped circulate air. One front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful. The other one we encountered was very friendly and helpful.

Very helpful staff with advice on best hot choc etc. Nespresso type mavhine in the room. We got 2x 10% discounts for their inhouse restaurant and the Brathouse. We ate at both. Their restaurant was really good. In the Old Town shopping area and on the river. Adults only so very quiet.

Not a problem, just a heads up. It's a walk from the station, and I don't think you would be able to get an uber to the hotel, if you had lots of luggage or refuced mobility.

Friendly Staff and very helpful. Since they don't supply wash clothes in their bathroom I ask if they could get some and the Lady at the front desk made sure I had one the next day👍👍

The website says there is parking ,but I had to bring my car into public parking a 10 minute walk from the Hotel and pay $70 per day .🤔🤔🤔 I was not very happy about that.

Excellent location in the heart of the Old Town, by the river. Just a 10 min walk from the station. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff were always willing to assist. 10% discount in the adjoining Italian restaurant was an unexpected bonus. The food and service were very good.

The comfortable bed was not matched by very good pillows. Bathroom and shower cubicle were very small but be aware this is an old property in the Old Town and it is conveniently located for the traveller
