Great hotel, friendly staff, classy looks, the 007 style entrance to the meeting rooms (yes i spotted that too:p) , good breakfast, and (although after a bit of unnecessary discussion i believe ) the kind gesture to allow my car to be parked on the grass area parking for a few days so i could finally start the real bicycle road trip with even further delay. greetings from Brienz. The bicycle got repaired partially, it is rideable now. hopefully it can last till friday, which i think will be my return day.

the grass in front needs a cut ;) the discussion on the parking is a bit sad. With all the problems i was facing a bit of positive gesture was really needed and appreciated.

The restaurant is sublime, perfect for a one night stay, as it would get expensive eating there every night! Lake access and views are stunning, and the new superior rooms are just beautiful - best shower of my life. Our dog was also welcome in all areas, which was a pleasant surprise given the luxurious facilities.

Only minor complaint is the EV charger was being abused when we arrived, so had to wait to charge. Not the fault of the hotel, but they could have had it towed...

Very friendly and helpfull front office staff. General areas of the hotel nicely and tastefull decorated. Beautiful view from restaurant on lake. Very good breakfast.

The bedroom small, noisy and less tastefull decoration. Also, the elderly lady who served us dinner was very hasty and geard up which made us feel a bit uneasy.

The AC was NOT modifiable, and if anything the temperature in the room increased during the night instead of decreasing. In the summer one of the criteria we tend to choose accommodations with also includes the presence of AC at the hotel - if it isn't actually working as one would expect, that's a bit too bad.

We had an exceptionally lovely stay in the Junior‘s Suite and the best side of Swiss summer! We should write here what we liked: simply everything! The staff is so friendly and the room clean, so well designed and in total just amazing!

Nothing! (Except that, unfortunately, since hotel guests could also get stand up paddles in the neighbouring public beach, none were available during our stay, however this isn‘t something the hotel could easily fix and we enjoyed our stay very much anyway)

Lovely setting on the side of the lake, rooms were nice, a bit small, but clean. The food we had there was good, along with a decent buffet breakfast.

Hard to complain about anything, other than we thought it was a little pricey.

The bath in the bedroom was dangerous. The gap between the corner of the wooden base on which the bath stood and the bed was very narrow and I caught my foot on the corner and fell heavily against the bed hurting my back. We could see no point in having a bath in the bedroom!

The hotel is beautifully located at a the Sempacher laker, within short distance from Lucerne. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly. Food is great.

Nothing really important, but: 1. Welcome was cool. 2. We had to find our own way to the room. 3. No explanation about the hotel and the accommodations. 4. No welcome drink.

Excellent breakfast and the dinner in the restaurant was very good with an interesting mix of dishes and good wines.

The lighting in the new rooms is very stylish and beautiful, but very complicated and no lights in the hall area or around the back of the room where the suitcases are supposed to be placed.

Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant was lovely, we sat on the terrace but the food and drinks were very expensive

The room was tiny and very dark, no where to do my makeup whilst husband was in the shower. I thought from the pictures online that the property was more secluded
