I liked how the staff was kind and helpful. I liked how they put a second floor with a bed which added more places to sleep. Breakfast was good and the beds are very comfortable. 10 minutes from train station walking and there is also a bakery/restaurant which is called bachmann and is located in a mini mall right in front of the hotel to the left. There is also a small center with restraunts and other things to the right.

I think it would have been better if there were a mini fridge in the hotel room

The room was clean and there was a ceiling fan, which helped to keep the unusually hot weather in bay. The staff was really kind, considerate and accomodating. Hats off to them! The breakfast was really good, there was a good selection food: countless type of breads; buns, mueslis, croissant, fruit drinks, scrambled eggs, bacons, cheeses ...etc. Free coffe for the whole day, cleaned water (carbonated or pure), a common freezer. Free parking under the hotel (you should get a permit card from the reception). All in all, it was a nice place to stay. The street was quiet, it was easy to sleep at night with opened window.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms (the ceiling fan was OK, but A\C would be better for these hot days).

Excellent location within Sursee, though the route to get to it was tortuous. Very good underground parking, lovely friendly receptionist, clean room, a couple of English channels on the TV, a free tea/coffee machine nearby, and a generous cold buffet breakfast including Bircher muesli (and scrambled egg as the one warm item). Good shower.

The bed was so-so at best. The mattress shifted on the base so at one point I nearly slipped off it getting into bed, the duvet was oddly folded and the pillow was not very comfortable. It wasn't as bad as I have maybe made it sound, but it was a slight negative.

The location is excellent, easy to reach from the motorway and within a few minutes' walk of the picturesque old town. The hotel is simple and modern. The room and bathroom are well designed with all you need Breakfast was OK. The free underground parking is very convenient. All in all it is good value for money in Switzerland.

We found the room rather stuffy but the ceiling fan helped. I would not like to stay there in really hot weather. Breakfast was a little chaotic as it seemed to take the staff a while to replenish items that ran out.

The location is perfect and it is quiet The room was awesome for our party. The free parking is a must and the breakfast is amazing! (even salmon, scrambled eggs, doughnuts and very nice cheese and meat) The self check is convenient, however one of our card did not function to open the main door and the other one did not open our room and had to recreate one. Free of charge though. Thanks for everything!

Perfect location, close to the highway and old town, and a wonderful hotel. The room and bed were clean and comfortable, and the staff were responsive and friendly. The breakfast was a plus; you will definitely find what you need. coffee machine and tea are available throughout your entire stay, no matter the hour. We really enjoyed the place and will definitely return on our next trip to Sursee, Switzerland. This hotel deserves several stars.

The Hotel is just outside the historic town gate , it has ample parking included in the room rate, there is no bar or restaurant however free coffee and water are available 24/7 and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast is good, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly and speak English.There is a small garden with seating some of which is covered. We would certainly stay in the hotel again

Good location, great parking, friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds (hard/medium mattresses), complete breakfast buffet, garden with several seats, shopping mall nearby, electric car charging points nearby. Free water, coffee, and tea 24/7.

The hotel is in central location but easy to find and with the historical town centre just a short walk away. There is a good choice of restaurants close by. The Wilder Man was recommended by the very friendly and helpful receptionist, who reserved us a table. It did not disappoint, we enjoyed a great meal there. We stayed one night enroute to the Italian Lakes, our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a good choice at the breakfast buffet, and facilities for getting drinks were available throughout the day too. Underground parking was provided with a lift to get you and your luggage to reception.

This is a great little hotel for a stop over. Good location in the centre of town and safe free parking. Friendly helpful staff and free tea and coffee in the dining room. We enjoyed the breakfast but with 30 minutes to go until breakfast finished they would not refresh the empty food trays so not everything was available.

All good for mid priced hotel. Only thing we didn't like was them not refilling the breakfast bar when food ran out. I understand this if breakfast is about to finish but not 30 minutes beforehand.
