The location, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and a shopping center, was perfect for us. We enjoyed the access to the swimming pool and sauna, which was included in the price. The breakfast buffet was generous, and all the hotel personnel were amazing. The hotel and rooms were very clean. We occupied a total of three rooms; two were perfect, but room #3 did not have adequate clearance between the bed and the wall to pass by. The beds were very comfortable, and the WiFi was excellent. As is common in Switzerland, there was no A/C in any of the rooms, but a fan was provided. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning, especially as the owner mentioned plans to renovate all the rooms and add a restaurant on the top floor.

The clearance between the bed and the wall in room 3 is inadequate.

Second stay at this hotel, same purpose: splitting our long trip from Belgium to Italy. We got the same room of 2021 too. The location was perfect for us, near the highway, with a car wash and supermarket close by. The covered and free parking is a plus. The hotel staff is very kind and cleaning is also very good. Our room was large and modern. The best part was the access to the wellness, so that we could recover from the long drive.

The bathroom is too small, especially because the door is opening towards the inside, though the large space available in the rest of room. The mattress is maybe a bit too rigid. Breakfast has limited choice and just sufficient quality of food.

For business stay it‘s a perfect place, near the highway and near to the town centre and all the facilities as shops and some restaurants. The big plus probably is that with the stay you will have access to the Gym, Sauna and Wellness area! Moreover the Man at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Maybe the rooms are a little bit basic furnished but for my business trip it was totally ok.

The rooms were very clean and perfect for a 3 day trip. The bathroom was a bit small but again for 2 people and a short trip it worked well. The rest of the room was spacious and there were plenty storage places. The staff was also friendly. The spa area was really nice, the pool was big and there is also an outside area. The family sauna was a nice touch aswell.

There isn't a restaurant in the Hotel itself, so if you want to eat something you'd need to go to the old town (unfortunately everything was closed because it was new year) or get something from the petrol station, there is also a great Indian restaurant nearby (Golden India).

It was very clean, stuff was very nice and welcoming and spa center was not very crowded.

Both mornings before 8h, cleaning stuff was talking very loud. How there was kids playroom nearby, kids were crying and screaming early in the morning and there is not good soundproofing. We were awake both das before 8h.

I was really lucky to book this hotel! Their spa was so nice and relaxing :) The rooms are pretty as well and the staff is friendly . Everything was clean, and the breakfast was tasty! Would stay again.

The pillows weren’t very comfortable to my taste, and the air conditioning system was a bit strange)) otherwise all good

The room was ok, clean and big. Nearby there are some good restaurants. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately I got a room in front of the breakfast room and early in the morning the noise was quite annoying. So just make sure you get a room far away from breakfast room and your stay will be excellent.

The hotel has the most amazing gym and very good sauna facilities. 10 out of 10 for this. Breakfast was also very good.

There was no AC in the room, and unfortunately, I couldn't keep the window open because the traffic noise was too loud for me. However, the hotel did provide a fan in the room.

Excellent facilities, clean, spacious rooms, good breakfast, well located close to the railway station.

The room wasn't particularly soundproof. Noise could be heard from other rooms as well as from the corridor. Also the door was banging when another room door was getting closed. However, I am also quite sensitive to noise.

Everything was very new and clean. The pool, hammam and sauna were amazing. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great. Really really recommend it. We are definitely coming back

Bed was quite hard but thats a personal preference since my partner really loved that. The hotel is next to a busy road so a bit noisy.
