The location was very convenient to the Sursee train station (6-7 minute walk)., and also convenient to the downtown. The hotel is modern and feels very new. The hotel staff is extremely kind and very helpful. All interactions with the staff were great. We were pleased with the breakfast was pretty good with a good selection. Sursee as a town felt like a town that "normal" Swiss people lived in and didn't feel like a tourist town (which we really enjoyed). At the three places in Sursee we ate at, we had great experiences and very good food. Sursee was about 17 minutes by train to Lucerne.

Nothing really. As others have mentioned, the train tracks run next to the hotel. I noticed the noise the first night, with the windows open, but wore wax earplugs and slept well. After the first night, for the next four nights, because it was cooler, we slept with the windows closed and heard very little from outside the room. Our room was the closest room to the tracks in the hotel. I believe you could also run the room air conditioning with the windows closed and be fine.

The room was very comfortable and well equipped. They allowed us to stay with our dog & the restaurant was excellent

The breakfast bacon was the best ever, crispy savoury, excellent. The location is very convenient, close to Lucerne by car and surrounding attractions. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The sofa for kids had a rather thin mattress and the room faced the rail tracks. We're used to city noises so no problem to sleep, but the hotel provides the earplugs by default, so light sleepers, beware...

There were one roll of Toilet paper for two people for two days, which is not-enough toilet paper and not enough coffee capsules, not enough water. Had to pick toilet paper of my own.

Breakfast & Location are great, rooms very tastefully decorated.

The cleaning on the room durng the 5 day stay was superficial.

The staff on site was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were great. Even if one room was facing the train - the level of noise was not disturbing.

We had a short stopover on our way back from our holiday and it was a wonderful hotel for that purpose. The location is fine for business travelers but less for a longer stay for other puposes. The quality of rooms and staff is prefect!

Great gym, wonderful rooms (everything super modern), very quiet, 3 min from the train station - easy and fast to reach Lucerne!

quality business hotel, 5 min walk from station, Rooms god size, with coffee facilities. excellent breakfast.

location bit isolated, away from lake and town centre, about 20 min walk. bikes secure in tech area only, no dedicated space no foot pump.

Underground parking, clean, modern.

As with many places in Switzerland, railway is nearby, but its not that of a problem.
