Everything was amazing, we liked and enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Few things we didn't like for example, you would expect to see reception in a hotel, except this one was a self check-in hotel which is odd and it isn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description. Also there were no kettle/ Fridge/ Iron in the room

We parked just in front of the hotel, though arrived quite late. Stayed at a really clean very spacey junior suite. The room has all windows very light, good shading curtains. Third bed is an opening sofa. The sheets ,pillow etc for the third bed were missing as we arrived. After a phone call we provided them from a cabinet in the corridor. They were all clean, no smells etc. The bathroom is seperated from the room by only shaded windows,was inconvenience because I stayed with my two adult sons..the breakfast was quite good , tasty, several types of cheese, pastry salami and fried bacon. Only scrambled eggs though. Served on the top floor, very light saloon with wonderful wiews. The breakfast lady was pleasant.

The third bed is not a real bed in the junior suit, though my son found it comfortable enough. The bathrom is modern and nice but glass seperation should be noted during booking.

We loved everything from the cleanness to the design and breakfast. Spacious, beautiful and relaxing rooms with great beds and amazing view from the 10th floor. Self checking in was a bit of a struggle as it takes a tad long, especially when you arrive at a late hour. I wonder how long it takes when a group of tourists needs to do their check-in. But aside apart from that, it was an amazing experience and we'll definitely stay here again on our yearly Europe trips. Thank you so much !

Self check in might take a little too long

The bed was so comfortable and the room was quiet clean. We spent the Christmas time there so there was no people around.

We expected more for the breakfast, we saw some pictures where there were some eggs and bacon and ect. But we just have bread. We were a little bit disappointed.

Lovely room, great views, clean and tidy. Breakfast was plentiful and filling. The top floor restaurant/bar had even better views all the way around.

I do like to make contact with hotel staff. My first encounter was a lady who only spoke Italian, as I was having problems with my access keys on my mobile phone. Which in the end I sorted.

Neat and smart (just like it's name). Self check-in was very fast and seamless. Room was very clean and the breakfast was basic but very good. The view from the room was great. There were minimal staffs and were very helpful. Overall value for money.

The location is bit off from main attractions. This will be perfect place if you are traveling by car. But the drive and the view makes up for it.

The hotel room was large enough to accommodate al 4 of us (2 parents + 2 kids). The view was verry nice, since the room has large windows on 3 sides of the building. The morning breakfast was great and the lady that was preparing the cofee/food was nice and polite, she helped us with the small kids in preparing the food for them as they liked it. There are some restaurants verry close nearby, if you want to eat something afther check in, no restaurant was available within hotel when we stayed there. Overal we had a verry nice stay and we didn't had big expectations but it was more than nice.

The elevators are a little old and maybe the staircase needs some paint job to change the smell of old building. No bar or restaurant opened yet within the hotel.

The view was fantastic from the 11th floor. Everything was spectacular. Very comfortable beds and sofa bed. We were there for 2 nights( me husband and 9 year old daughter)

One window didn’t close and because of that it was noisy. Called customer service and they said will sort something out and let me know by calling me back but they never did and I think that is very very rude and unprofessional.

The place itself is impressive, as it is among one of the tallest buildings in an area full of houses. The view is absolutely amazing, we had a room on the 12th floor and we had a beautiful panorama. The self check in is very easy and practical. Also the breakfast area is on the 13th floor and it's nice to have a coffee while seeing the sun rise.

The parking places exist, but are a bit hard to identify, as there is no clear writing. It says either "Besucher" or "Reserviert" and we weren't sure which ones we were allowed to use.

The rooms are good and well designed amazing view and food is great

what we don't like is the design of the bathroom doors it is an open concept with the top and bottom visible and is not giving us a lot of privacy. If a family took a suite they should have 2 private rooms inside without walking through the halls which is what all other hotels consider a family suite
