Location, room, cleanliness.

No lift, so difficult to go to the room for my mother and to bring the luggages.

Everything was perfect, very clean, quiet, and the personal was too friendly

Great location, plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping within short walking distance. Lovely back garden/terrace. Rooms are basic but well kept - no wear and tear to be seen anywhere.

Rooms could have better sound proofing, both towards the hallway and the street. Quite small, so not really somewhere you'd spend your free time, but more than good enough for a good night's rest.

For me the hotel was sufficient, but bathroom is claustrophobic and me as a tiny girl didn’t have enough space in toilet/shower.

The website of the hotel specified they had available a room with a large bed which is one of the main reasons I wanted to stay here. But on arrival I was told that the hotel did not have this facility, only separate beds. This means their website is misleading customers.

Nothing at all

What an experience it was staying in the rooms we booked. Firstly, how the rooms look online is completely different to how they are in person. I paid CHF930! I expected a decent room with decent furniture in the room. The beds were so small, the toilet/shower room was the length of my wing span; if I spread my arms, I would touch either side of the walls. We got there after 10pm, there was no hot water left in the tank so we could not shower after our journey. Bear in mind the CHF did not include ANY food!! no breakfast, no water, no dinner nothing just the rooms!! I was not expecting the rooms to be so mediocre! I know Switzerland is an expensive place but this was ridiculous! On our first night, we quickly realised this was a restaurant/pub like place; we were trying to get some sleep them suddenly there was a group downstairs in the restaurant singing happy birthday loudly!! Can you imagine!! Please DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE ! IT IS HORRIBLE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
