We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they allowed us to check in immediately upon arrival. We were so grateful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. I also appreciated that the small grocery store and a couple of restaurants were right next to the hotel.

The day we stayed was very hot, and the room felt quite warm. We wished there had been an air conditioner. I also wished there had been a small refrigerator to store some food we had.

The parking is just in front of the hotel and is free. Location is very convenient and nearby Lucerne if you travel by car. If you are with kids, there’s also a playground and cherry on the cake, supermarkets and Burger King are just next to the property. I am happy that they provided a Fan in the room. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

The rooms are not fully soundproof, you can hear if people are talking in the common area.

The property's distance from the city centre could be better highlighted during the booking process, as it's not immediately apparent. Transportation mainly involved taxis, which might be worth noting for future guests when planning their stay.

Clean, comfortable, good location- close to main highway yet quiet and a good breakfast. Gas station, grocery store, Burger King, and electric car charging station outside. Nice park for kids and a tranquie picnic area.

Our room was small, but the three of us fit (me and my 14 year old twins) The tv didn't work, but we also didn't call the front desk to fix it.

The hotel is well located 15 mins drive from Lucerne center. Very clean and comfy rooms with a private parking for the cars. The viewa from the rooms are nice especially when it's snowing. You have also nearby a supermarket and a restaurant in case you need anything, pricey but handy when you don't feel like driving!

The breakfast can be better and 22 mins walk to the closest bus station to Lucerne center.

Hotel was very clean, quite and comfortable. It was on the main highway, so very easy to access and free parking which was a major plus. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly..

Not really "don't like", but having AC would have been much better. Price was also bit high but everything in Switzerland is expensive!

Great location as close to the motorway. Staff very friendly. The receptionist offered to cool our drinks for us in their fridge. Parking close by. Good breakfast!

The plugs at bedside were not compatible with our European plug for small radio. For English speaking guests there should be more English or American channels. It would be nice to open the window blinds

Perfect location for a road stop with everything close by and a lovely green space easily accessible. Kind staff and small but comfortable rooms.

The Rooms were very very warm with no A/C. We opened the windows but were still very hot. The shower was nice but the water evacuation wasn’t ideal so it tended to flood the bathroom.

Excellent position, ideal when travelling. Lovely spacious rooms, great breakfast options and lovely staff.

Plastic under sheet makes the bed very hot so had to sleep on top of the bed rather than in it. Noisy guests which is not the fault of the hotel but perhaps a polite notice on the doors to the corridors asking guests to be respectful of other visitors may make for a better sleep.

This is the second time we stop at this hotel. We used to spend the night there during our travel from/to Italy/Germany. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect as we wanted to spend the night not far a away from the highway a we were traveling from Italy to Germany. The breakfast was rich and included all what we expected
