Clean, comfortable, good location- close to main highway yet quiet and a good breakfast. Gas station, grocery store, Burger King, and electric car charging station outside. Nice park for kids and a tranquie picnic area.

Our room was small, but the three of us fit (me and my 14 year old twins) The tv didn't work, but we also didn't call the front desk to fix it.

The hotel is well located 15 mins drive from Lucerne center. Very clean and comfy rooms with a private parking for the cars. The viewa from the rooms are nice especially when it's snowing. You have also nearby a supermarket and a restaurant in case you need anything, pricey but handy when you don't feel like driving!

The breakfast can be better and 22 mins walk to the closest bus station to Lucerne center.

Great location as close to the motorway. Staff very friendly. The receptionist offered to cool our drinks for us in their fridge. Parking close by. Good breakfast!

The plugs at bedside were not compatible with our European plug for small radio. For English speaking guests there should be more English or American channels. It would be nice to open the window blinds

About 12 min from Luzern center so less expensive. Well presented area- modern decorations. checkin was easy. Shampoo and bodywash and soap along with toilet paper/towels in the room. Comfortable beds/pillows. Room is good sized for two people, small desk and a nice chair and twin bed x2 in our room. Modern clean lines. large mirror and a storage area as well. There is a hair dryer and iron and a TV. Breakfast is pretty good with various breads/rolls/fuits, yogurt, some cheese, and deli slices. Best of all is the surroundings. SE has the alps visible very easily. There is a convenience store in gas station, a nice playground for kids, as well as COOP and burger king. Busy area in terms of traffic. Surrounded by rolling hills and farms with animals- smell of manure if you don't mind that.

Room is quite hot even on a day with a high of 20C. Window opens only a tiny bit. Highway noise is present. But not so loud that you're awake. We were very tired and fell asleep easily.

Excellent position, ideal when travelling. Lovely spacious rooms, great breakfast options and lovely staff.

Plastic under sheet makes the bed very hot so had to sleep on top of the bed rather than in it. Noisy guests which is not the fault of the hotel but perhaps a polite notice on the doors to the corridors asking guests to be respectful of other visitors may make for a better sleep.

This is the second time we stop at this hotel. We used to spend the night there during our travel from/to Italy/Germany. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect as we wanted to spend the night not far a away from the highway a we were traveling from Italy to Germany. The breakfast was rich and included all what we expected

Perfect for a night stay when heading out to other cities in Switzerland. Love that they have soft and hard pillows.

Definitely a lot of room for improvement on breakfast menu. They could add some hot meals like scrambled eggs and bacons or sausages. Still the breakfast was good.

There’s no air conditioning it was too hot , the window you can not open it all The staff was very unwelcoming not smiling very tough, reception and breakfast staff The breakfast end at 9:30 we just not finished eating they closed the umbrella on us leave us in very hot sun with our food to inforce us to leave the area !! The reception lady I asked her about the timing for breakfast she said it’s all written in the hotel area !! She didn’t like to speak with us

Easy to reach from the motorway (this was key as it was snowing quite heavily), easy parking, modern hotel with warm feeling both in the hall and in the room. Good temperature inside, the breakfast was ok nothing fancy and overall good value for money also considering that it is in Switzerlan. Very close to a Le Marche' self-service.

Nothing special to report except that most of the international channels on television were not working and the reception did not know why.

The location suited us, as we stopped only for one night, while traveling south by car. Gas station, and kids playground are right near the hotel. Still it takes only 10-15 mins by car to get to the center of Luzern for a nice walk and dinner. The room had everything needed, the staff is friendly and helpful.
