Just a value money stay .decent and quite frankly staff and no complaints . We had pleasant stay

May be about the direction from the main train station first, the bus number n last stop before hostel and the distance and the direction to hostel will make more easy for everyone. We had a bit difficulty because of some contractions was going on and no one told me or write to me about it. Anyway thank you 🙏. We would love to stay in your hostel again . Not to far from city.

BEDROOM the reception was very nice and smiling. i'll remember the sign saying "we all smile in the same language", loved it ! from the get go i was given the card, the receipt for tax, etc which i appreciate. it's a hostel, rooms are composed of about 10 (or more?) bunk beds. i chose one for females and ended up being alone in the whole room for my night, which was pretty nice! LOCATION the hostel is situation on a hill, so keep that in mind if you have luggages. a bus stop is nearby but you'll still have to walk a couple of minutes to reach the place. TRANSPORTATION bus stop 5min from the bus stop. transportation ticket is included in the price of the room for the time of your stay, don't hesitate to ask it at the reception ! BREAKFAST filling, nice and pretty diverse. vegan option, which was really nice. composed of : fruits, muesli, cereals, yogurt, jamp, bread, ham, eggs, etc and drinks of choice : juice, coffee, tea, hot milk, etc.

HYGIENE you'll have to make your own bed. blankets, etc will be given to you to prepare your own bed. meaning if the person before you didn't clean or left hair, etc.. you'll find them.

The property was clean relatively close to center. Breakfast was good and sufficient price performance is really really great if was clean and nice hotel there was lobby to eat things we brought from supermarket and sit and relax if I will come again I will stay here again.

Check in time is 16:00 and it is quite late and check out is at 10 am that was a bit disappointing after we arrived we waited outside until 4 pm second thing is we have to make our bed by ourselves and take them out before leaving but it is tolerable case.

It was nice, nice design, fast internet, good amenities, nice people, good food, clean and spaceous enough.

I was denied taking a shower upon arrival since I was in a rush and wanted to go hiking. I asked in advance to accommodate earlier, was denied which I understand why, they offered lockers, which was great, but do not understand why couldn't I take a shower when the bathrooms were free and not supposed be cleaned right at the moment.. another thing which was kinda unconvenient but not your fault is that there is no night public transport in the area. Suggestions: put a tobacco machine or something for the smokers cus shops close pretty early. Otherwise great, I was happy :)

We had a great stay at the hostel. The room was small but practical and had everything needed. Especially liked the USB charger right beside the bed. Plenty of communal areas which were all clean and spacious. Breakfast was fairly simple but offered plenty of everything you could want. Reception staff at check in were very helpful and we even ordered some food last minute when we got there. The city is easy to reach either by a 20 minute walk or the 19 bus from up the road. All very straightforward. The neighbourhood is quiet and very green.

- breakfast was surprisingly very good, nothing fancy, but as for first meal of the day, there was more then enough - stable Internet connection - location - professional person in reception - instructional how to get free WiFi in city and bus

well its a hostel so I'm not expecting a lot of, but I already was in way cheaper and way better hostels. - as mentioned earlier - price, when it's looked a little earlier i saw a hotels (also not fancy) for the similar price - no towels (I heard from the other guest that they are not giving, even for extra price) - lockers for coins (why not just for the key?)

The hostel is very clean. From train station - easy to take bus, just 10 min ride away. Staff answered all my questions and knew the touristy sites to visit, including info on Mt Pilatus hiking. An evening meal could be paid for and it was nutritious and filling. Breakfasts are included and they too are very good.

Shower cubicles could do with another wider shelf. Disappointing that you need to pay for luggage storage and lockers. I was advised at reception I would need to pay by cash. This then required me withdrawing cash in order to have a 2chf coin - The ATM minimum withdrawal is 100chf. Hostels in Geneva and Bern offer luggage lockers and storage for free. I think this should be included in the price. Luzern hostel was the most expensive night room rate compared to geneva (comparable) and bern hostels. If the hostel does charge, why not add it to the bill and provide the 2chf coin for use? That would be logical.

Breakfast was awesome, lots of choices. The staffs were really nice and helpful. I arrived without my luggage as the airline lost it, but the staffs were kind enough to help me and provided me necessities without any cost. Really appreciate their hospitality and empathy. They cared enough.

ohhh the power points. I'm not sure if it was just me having problems with it. It is quite loose that my adapter is falling off. I have to tape it up.

Breakfast was good and valuable as a day starter. There were not so many choices, but they were useful. You have to pay for coffee and snacks at the vending machines. Towels are available at 3 CHF/ deposit 10 CHF. A little bit away from the Lucerne City Center. However, it was not a big concern since they offer free city-limit bus passes. Also, the buses are available quite frequently.

No coffee or tea available for a quick snap, at the room and they are at a high price.

Peak season and last minute booking. This is what you will be getting. At least it’s value for $$. The hostel is always clean and tidy. They do not allow early check in but they have big lockers where you just need to deposit CHF2 (refundable) to store your luggage. Superb breakfast. They are personal lockers located outside of the rooms which are big enough for big luggage.

It’s not only about the walking distance only but hostel is very far off from city and located near slopes. Be prepare to push your luggage and there is no lift in the building. I was at level 3 but it was near the slope so it was quite noisy when the window was opened.
