The apartment was really clean, spacious and comfortable. Seems like the host thought about everthing...all necessary items like iron, ironing board and hairdryer were provided. While there was no AC, fans were provided. There was coffee and tea in the kitchen. Very easy to communicate with host. Location is about 15 mins by bus to central Lucerne, with the bus stop around the corner at end of the block. Some stores close by. Looked fairly safe.

The street was not super inviting because there was active construction along the street and infront of the apartment. Fortunately no noise waking us up.

We visited in September, so it was a bit chilly and rainy, but the property felt warm and cozy inside. It’s just a 10-minute bus ride from Luzern main train station and another 2-3 minute walk from bus stop. There’s a restaurant right next to the property, but we didn’t notice many other dining options since we ate in Luzern. The apartment was clean and had all the basic amenities, including a dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, and dryer (located in the basement and free to use). Our host was very communicative and even provided a complimentary Luzern guest card, which was really useful for bus rides around the area.

Be mindful if you're traveling with heavy luggage, as our apartment was on the third floor with no lift access. Since we had small bags, it wasn't a problem for us, but we saw another group struggling to carry their heavy luggage up the stairs, so we offered to help.

Picking up the key was straight forward.The apartment was very clean and tidy. The bathroom and kitchen were very good. Most fittings and appliances seemed fairly new. The beds were comfortable. There are cupboards and desks in the bedrooms. Most of the time we were there it was very quiet in the apartment.The bustop is only a 3 minute walk from the apartment. The #2 bus gets you to Luzern Bahnhof, the main transport hub for trains, buses and boats, and the centre of Luzern, in about 10 minutes. The buses run every 7-8 minutes on a weekday. Approximately every 15 minutes on weekends. Most of the time it was very quiet in the apartment. Dropping the key off at the end of our stay was easy. This apartment, in combination with the #2 bus, Tibit's restaurant and the Coop Supermarket, ( both at Luzern Bahnhof ), served us well during our stay in Luzern.

The foyer and stairwell could do with an uplift. There are portable fans but no air- conditionkng. The street was a bit edgy but also interesting. There are two restaurants in the street but both seemed over- priced for what you get. During our 5 night stay, there were two very loud partys One in the street and one in the building. Both finished early though. On one night, there were very loud occupants in the apartment above.. Apart from these occasions it was mostly very quiet. The washing machine didn't work. Sent the apartment hosts a message during our stay but received no reply. Consequently, we had to solve a problem ourselves without their help.

The apartment was newly refurbished. It has everything you need. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom and shower great. It’s a 6 minute drive from downtown (if no traffic), where there are plenty of parking garages. A great pizzeria across the street and a small grocery store at the gas station on the street corner. Our apartment was on the 4th floor and there was a washroom up there with a washing machine and a dryer, which was perfect for us, since we’d been traveling for a while!

Our apartment was on the 4th floor, without elevator. No problem for us, but it might be for some. Also, no AC, though there are fans.

Loved the apartment. Had everything we needed. (Except a bottle opener, but we made it work 😂). The location is away from the heart of the city, but only a short bus ride & No 2 bus was so easy. From train station to virtually at the door, so no issues even with bags. They sent us the Lucerne pass ahead of time which gave us free transport. We all had our own space. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and new. Even had a washing basket provided. I recommend you stay here if in Lucerne and don’t want to have the expense of being right in the centre.

The location is outside of but the city center is easily reachable via the Number 2 bus. The bus stop is a short walk away. The kitchen was nice and had everything that one would need to cook. The living room and bathroom were very large and well decorated. The apartment was large enough to accommodate six people and easily accommodated my family of 5. There is a playground right next to the apartment. There is also a convivence store and two restaurants within a short walk of the apartment.

There was no internet access provided by the property. The property advertisement does not say "free wi-fi,' but internet access is usually a given these days, and I did not think to check. The bedrooms in the apartment had a dormitory-like feel to it with the beds and the furniture. I did not have a problem with it, but someone might. There was a club down the street that played loud music. The apartment was pretty well soundproofed, and the music did not bother me, but I can see where it would bother light sleepers. Getting to a larger grocery store is not easy, and probably requires a car.

I had two units during my rental. Very close to the bus stop and easy access to the rest of the city. The units were on the second and third floor. My mother and father stayed in the second floor unit and were very happy with the apartment. My wife and I were on the third floor. She commented that the bath tub was the cleanest one she had seen in a rental unit! Very happy with the units!

The pillows were a bit flat and lumpy.

extremely nice apartment with a bus stop at a 5 min walk and a mini market right outside. 10 min from Lucerne train station by the bus. the balcony at the roof top was so good and we had our drinks and dinner there every nite. very calm and serene location. the separate laundry room was an add advantage.

quite a few spiders - I would definitely recommend spraying. only a few coffee pods, sugar, salt and pepper packets. Definitely not enough for 6 people staying 3 nights. These should definitely be refilled or more given on request. Sugar, salt and pepper packets can't cost that much. I ended up buying 24 coffee pods for $12 CHF, so I feel like it's not too much to ask that more be provide.

Very good communication (always got a quick reply via messaging). There were clear instructions upon check-in and check-out. The apartment was very spacious and the bathroom had double sinks with shower and tub. A very clean and well-equipped apartment. Had everything we needed! Bus stop was close by.

No elevator. Entrance into complex could be cleaner. Having to message credit card number to reserve parking.
