Dominic and his brother are very helpful! Courteous, professional. The hotel is dated but very clean. Beds are comfortable, Room has beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast is OK except for the fried eggs. Location is just in front of BUS 502 (from Luzern and going to Vitznau). Also front of the boat.

Carpet in the room should be changed as it is old. Eggs are fried in reused oil and it is oily so I just ate the boiled eggs. Pillows is soft.

Beautiful location right near the lake front. Quick walk to bus or ferry. Magical swimming spot just 250m down the road. We had been turned away from two other accommodation that we had booked but they didn't have room for us so this was a last minute booking. They were super helpful and friendly and were able yo meet all of our needs.

Broken glass on the patio, couldn't see where it was coming from. My husband didnt like the eggs at breakfast but that was just personal preference.

Beautiful location, friendly staff old charming Switzerland and got free upgrade room was big with bathroom renovationed. Enjoyed our stay

No tea, coffee facilities. No air conditioning

Staff was super friendly. They gave us a huge room w/terrace overlooking the lake. Brought in a spare bed for our son as well. The location is perfect. We got a room the day for Swiss National day and we had low expectations, but the location, super friendly staff, big room and for what we paid, couldn't have asked for more. I saw some negative posts and not sure what the expecations were but for the price we paid and everything else it was a great experience and we could come back.

Staff was very nice. Great location. Great food options nearby and swimming.

The church bell nearby rang every 15 minutes so if you're a light sleeper you would need to close the windows. But you need the windows open in the summer if it's too hot because there's no AC. But it's not unusual to not have AC just the bell was loud. The room could have been a little cleaner, a couple tiny hairs on the bed and found a cob web and spider. Didn't really bother me just giving feedback. Nothing to worry about.

Good price for a space full room. Location was perfect and the staff friendly

It’s not a shortcoming but some restoration works could increase the value of the hotel. You can see that is was once a glorious hotel. To bring some history back would be wonderful

Lack of a kettle to make Tea / Coffee in our room was a disappointment .
