Staff is excellent, good sized room, great location. Great big large televisions.

Our room had a rubberized mattress protector that makes a racket if you toss and turn. I understand why it's needed but other hotels have figured it out so there must be a solution. We removed the rubber cover the second night and put the top sheet over it. Rooms are large with new flooring but the hotel hallways smell old. This being said I would stay there again. Staff (exceptional) location and price point were very good.

Comfortable room and bed, very convenient location (three minute walk to the main train station and just across the street from a stellar bakery), 24 hour reception made for an easy late night check-in, friendly (for Switzerland) and efficient staff.

The shower enclosure was poorly designed. Even forewarned, and even being careful, I still was unable to avoid getting a lot of water on the bathroom floor when showering.

It was close to the train station, and a short distance from Chapel Bridge. Our room was quiet and well sound proofed with comfortable beds. The front-desk team were friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast choices were copious and the food was freshly prepared and well presented. Individual coffee orders were provided by the service team who were welcoming and efficient.

Small things: the volume on the tv remote didn’t work, the pedal bin in the bathroom did not function, and the shower would not maintain its overhead trajectory unless the button was held manually. We reported all this to the front office and they said it would be fixed, however we only stayed one night so couldn’t benefit from the repairs.

Good location.

The toilet is elevated and need extra caution during midnight in case of use.

The staff was extremely helpful with our arrival and they also upgraded our room on behalf of our honeymoon. Service was extremely impeccable and this was a lovely stay.

This property was perfect. Great location, not much to dislike.

Hotel was exactly as advertised. Rooms were nice, beds were a bit hard but still comfortable. A little out of town but very walkable.

Gym was minimal.

bathroom was slightly small compared to the large room. Hotel is a bit pricey but all hotels in switzerlsnd are pricey

Clean spacious room, amazing and helpful staff, yummy breakfast! Close to town and a calling distance to main attractions.

Car park is limited.

Location 300m from train station, everything you need is few steps around, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Rooms are little small (check the room before you checking in, I was offered the smallest they have 😡, they changed it when I complained and they didn’t consider that I’m staying for 6 nights and have 2 bookings). You have to ask for slippers and iron machine (not available in the room). When checking in they block 100 Swiss frank for each night from your card with the total amount, which is to much if you stay for long periods and you travailing a lot like I do.
