The hotel was conveniently located near the train station. The rooms were spacious. Staff were excellent in providing suggestions for sights to visit and restaurants.

Although the rooms were of good size, one of the rooms was only accessible by stairs which is inconvenient if you have luggage. There was a lingering smell in the bathroom which kept coming back even after the hotel staff attended to clean it up with strong disinfectants. Not sure if it was coming from the drainage but that wasn't so pleasant.

Great location. Couldn't believe the train station was up the street, you would have never known. The hotel has a restaurant called Bellini and you can eat in the park next door, a few steps away. The staff is amazing and the breakfast was included which was wonderful! Highly recommend a room with a balcony! Great bar around the corner called the Zentral bar with great bartenders, Nick & Giovanni!

I love this place, but I would book a room next time where the shower and sink were separate from the room, because it's hard not to wake the other person. It really was spacious and a great stay!

Great location to the train station and old town. But not so close as to be near the crowd or noise. Check in was super easy and the staff very friendly and helpful. They held our bags for us until our rooms was ready. Once ready, the room was exactly what I booked and very cute. Great bathroom! And, I loved that the windows opened, even in the bathroom. I asked for extra pillows at check in and they were already in our room when we got there. Elevators came right away even though it was a busy place. We bought drinks and sat on the outside terrace on the 6th floor. Would recommend and stay again.

There was a strange smell throughout the hotel (but definitely not in our room). Kind of like cheese and fish.

The location is great as it is literally minutes to the train station, bus station and ferry station. It is also only a few blocks from old town Lucerne with not only amazing views, but many great restaurants. The pictures on the website do not do the hotel or the rooms justice. We stayed in a triple room with a balcony and the room was a great size for two adults and one teenager and it was nice to be able to sit outside at the end of the day or in the morning with a coffee. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was welcome as it was very hot and humid out. The staff that we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Very good stay!

We had a wonderful stay at The Continental Park. Check in was a breeze and the entire staff, especially the front desk, were friendly and very helpful. Had a delicious dinner outside in the park and a two enjoyable breakfasts at the hotel. The room was the perfect size and enjoyed the outdoor balcony. Great location. Close to the train station. Walked to everything - Old Town, restaurants and sites. Would highly recommend The Continental Park when staying in Lucerne.

A perfect location for visiting Lucerne -- literally around the corner from the train station, and an easy walk to restaurants, parks, and services. Some mornings we stopped at McDonalds [!!] -- conveniently around the corner for coffee. Our room was spacious and comfortable -- even had a sofa! -- though the view of office and residential highrises was nothing special.

Our safe didn't work. And we couldn't figure out how to reset it.

we were in Luzern for a concert in the KKL which is about 200m from the hotel and even less from the railway station. It is a very good location for the old part of Luzern . We did not eat or drink at the hotel but the restaurant looked busy . We had a Boutique double room which was quite small but had everything we needed . We could see larger rooms were available .

I had a fantastic stay at Boutique Hotel Continental Park in Lucerne! The shower facilities were top-notch, ensuring a refreshing start to each day. The hotel's location, right across from the station, was incredibly convenient for my travels. It made exploring the city and venturing to nearby areas a breeze. I also appreciated the availability of drinking water, which was a thoughtful touch, and the abundance of eating options in close proximity to the hotel. Whether I was craving local cuisine or international flavors, there was always something delicious to try nearby. Overall, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend Boutique Hotel Continental Park for its comfort, location, and amenities.

While my stay at Boutique Hotel Continental Park in Lucerne was wonderful overall, I did notice a couple of areas for improvement. The towels provided in the room could have been softer and of a better quality. Additionally, having the option to choose from a selection of pillows, including firmer or softer ones, would have added a personalized touch to the sleeping experience. Despite these minor points, I still had a great stay and appreciated the hotel's many other positive aspects.

The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of tasty options and good coffee. The bed is very big and comfortable and so is the bathroom. The apartment we were in was pretty quiet. The location is truly great to reach all city center.

The hotel's restaurant has great reviews online, and because it is so popular you need to book in advance a table - we weren't lucky enough to find one for dinner. If you have also a baby cot in the room it starts to feel quite crowded.
