Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Easy checkin and checkout. Walkable - 4 blocks from Luzern Train station, and the Chapel bridge and Old town.

Poor soundproofing - our room was on the level of the lobby and the noise from the crow in the lobby congregrating was quite loud - maybe needs additional door.

Staff were very nice and helpful

1) We stayed at the hotel for many days and almost everyday, we had to go back at the reception to have our keys reactivated. It was very annoying. 2) We stayed for many days but we were only given vanity kits on the first day. 3) Some staff can't understand simple english so it was a challenge to communicate. (Sample question: Is the bottled water in the room free? Answer: -----------) 4) We were told, there is a gym, but the gym only had one machine working and it was not inspiring to do a work out there.

Our room was very spacious and airy, it made a change having a family room without every one being cramped together. The location of our room was excellent and it was very quiet with no disturbances at night. The hotel was a short walk to the railway station and is well positioned.

Would have been nice if there had been teabags and long life milk by the coffee station. I suppose if we had asked we would have been provided these but the Nespresso machine was a nice touch.

I had booked 2 Rooms for 4 days(10th -14th August 2024).The rooms very nice and spacious. Thankyou Ms Corina Vogel (Asst. Front Office Manager ) for upgrading us in Delux Room and Early Check-In and making our stay a memorable one..Thank you for going out of your way to accommodate my requests. Your exceptional service is greatly appreciated.Your patience and willingness to assist at any time were remarkable. You are a gem of a person. God Bless!!!!! Breakfast served at La Cucina Restaurant was Excellent with a lot of variety. Restaurant and House-keeping staff were very nice and friendly. The location was close to the station. I distinctly remember that I had stated that there will be 4 people but I had to shell out charges for an extra room for one of the adults (with the info that only 3 people were allowed in a room). I don’t know if booking.com did not factor this in when I made the booking.

The receptionist was very helpful and polite. Location is great

The cleaning service was not up to expectations. I believe the the bed covers were not replaced during my stay as i could clearly see it wasn’t new The air conditioning is not that cold, it keeps the room with acceptable temperature during summer but you still feel it is hot. The restaurant (Luccino) located on the ground level of the hotel on the main street is unbelievably rude. I went with my mom as she was hungry and wanted to eat pizza, I wasn’t. The garçon brought the (one pizza we ordered) cut in half in two separate dishes ( we did not ask to be cut) and when we wanted to pay for the pizza, an extra 10€ were added to the bill and when we asked for explanation he said because i brought two separate dishes. !!! Which again we did not ask for, And charged 5€ for tap water.

The hotel is near the central train station only 7-minute walk. Historic sites like Chapel Bridge, the Lion Monument & the Old Town is walkable as well. The room is spacious and very clean. They clean-up the room daily. Breakfast is very good I love it. As to the staff, they are all nice, helpful and respectful. There is a vending machine, ice machine and hot water machine available at the lobby

I was looking for hotel slippers but not provided.

Clean and good room size comparing with the location hotels around the area, very good AC and well furnished with modern style. With espresso machine. 2 Type C charger available both bed sides which is very good movement.

1- Have to mention clearly that the hotel takes 100 CH each room each night. Special thanks for Mr Alexander who mange it for me on a good way. 2- please please add door for the bathroom.

Central location. Very roomy room! Large glass floor to ceiling windows with efficient curtains that muted the view and/or darkened the room. Great bathroom! Simple nespresso set up for a quick cup in the morning. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and happy to store luggage to accommodate hours of transport.

We just aren't used to the price of Switzerland! A coupon for a free drink at their terrace bar or other discount offer would have been lovely, though not a deal breaker! A really great hotel!

Wonderful location. Close to Old Town, train station and tour pickup location. Front desk staff were very helpful and breakfast staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, bathroom was spacious. We stayed on the 1300 floor. We had a triple occupancy, so we got a corner room which is a little larger than the double occupancy rooms. We stayed Monday- Thursday and didn’t have any issues with noise. Overall we had an extremely pleasant stay.

The room rate was expensive but that is expected for Switzerland. No iron, toothpaste or slippers.
