This was one of the greatest stays we had in a while, but i would like to point out a few things i hope to see improved by our next visit: - No real control over AC: we couldn't turn off or lower it, made if uncomfortable after showers, or when going to bed. - We didn't enjoy having one tiny fridge for 2 rooms apartment that barely cools, with no freezer - Hotel slippers should be free ! - Main bedroom queen bed is actually 2 single beds pushed together without the padded gap filling layer, we fell in few times. And there should be one large duvet instead of 2 single size for the main bedroom

We enjoyed our stay, they have a convenience store just right next to the hotel, a restaurant next to it as well, the check in and out was easy, staff were nice too. Not to mention the rooms are sound proofed so you won't be hearing any noise from outside. The room is very comfortable with enough space, cabinets and drawers to place your stuff. Also they have a service area where you could iron your clothes and there is an app operated washing machine incase you need it with wireless payment.

The only let down was the location it was a bit far from the city center and the nearest tram is about 10 minutes walk, you would still arrive in the city center within 10 mins. But other than that our stay was almost perfect. I still recommend the place if you prefer a more laid back area. Honestly I would still come back.

Excellent location. Italian restaurant and Migros attached to the hotel. Mall is a walk up the steps and walkway from a building, after crossing the road. Windows can be opened slightly or fully - for someone not experienced with the "Swiss" windows, this is a great bonus, as the Swiss air is very fresh. On the first night, I was congested, as did not know about these superb windows. Instant noise cancellation window - one has to lock it fully though (turn the handle all the way down). AC did not seem to kick in - the switch seemed to be too sensitive. However, nights were cooler when we went, so did not affect us.

Instructions need to be posted for the superb outside shutters. Could not figure out what the black switch with arrows was about, until the next morning. Need soft tissues. Look into providing an ironing board and iron. There is a service room on the 4th floor for laundry services and ironing, but too cumbersome. Note that we struggled for 15 minutes as to how to figure out how to use the washing machine, as it did not accept our credit cards. We found out that one has to actually go to the 2nd floor and the person at the front desk has to use their specific card for the machine to operate.

Literally everything. The hotel itself might seem a bit far away from Zürich, but has very good connection by S-bahn, with very good frequency. The biggest shopping centre in the whole Switzerland nearby with plenty of restaurants, fast foods and shops. The room was spacious, comfy, clean and had a good inner temperature. The bathroom was exceptional and staff cleaned my whole room 2-times during my 4-night stand which I found very awesome. The room had a plenty of space for my clothes and other stuff and it also had a smaller safe. Staff was very sympathetic and kind.

I would prefer to have maybe smaller fridge for the food i bought but otherwise I absolutely loved the place and for the price it was definitely a banger.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the breakfast area to the reception. They made it easy and enjoyable to communicate with them, which added to the overall positive experience. The room was fantastic—comfortable and well-maintained. I truly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

Was all good!

The size and comfort of the rooms was excellent and clean. The lobby bar was a nice place to unwind and have some light snacks. Also the daily breakfast was fresh and well stocked. The hotel is directly across the street from a large mall with a nice food court and restaurants, but make sure you go for dinner before 8PM.

The only negative to the rooms were the temperature control. Like many European/Swiss hotels the temperature range was limited and could not go below 22c. The room was 25c most of the time. Opening the window cooled things down but due to location of the train tracks it could not remain open all night. As I said, this was the only thing that was an issue with the property, overall it is very good.

I liked the fact that the hotel was very well located and very close to transport. And the shopping Centre was a bonus! As I needed to rest, I didn't really interact too much with the staff but on the few occasions I did, they were really nice. I

The breakfast price per day. I don't eat a lot! I am satisfied with a regular latte or cappuccino and a sandwich or a ham and cheese croissant. I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but rather that it was a bit pricey, therefore I didn't try it.

Spacious room with quite big bathroom and lots of space for the bagage. Very friendly and helpful staff. And a very fair price, especially for Switzerland. Next to a big shopping center, including a huge supermarket, so everything available. Also next to a petrol station with a well equipped shop, including fresh bread.

A kitchenette would be nice. The room is certainly big enough for it!

We checked in around 2am already sine we travel by car around europe. It was an easy communication between the staff on how can we checked in so late since they only have reception people to 11pm. Got an easy and win-win solution. Got in to the newest parking area and was inside with an easy and clear instruction. Slept very good and comfortable. They doesnt have an aircon but they have self controlled ventilation worked like an aircondition. Not too cold though but was cool enough to a warmer weather outside. We supposed to stay just a night to sleep but we needed to booked another night😉 . The hotel was just 2 weeks opened when we was there. So it’s really new. And we even saw workers doing things and finishing the other rooms.

A little far from the city but accessible with train and bus in a nearby shopping center. Just like 100-200 meter away from the hotel.

A new hotel has an open week in which there is a wonderful reception with their responsible manager who she wears glasses and has wonderful black hair and splendor in its excellence in the politeness of meeting and gratitude and there is breakfast more than average and there is a washing machine and coffee on demand at nominal prices . There are shops around the hotel and hotel rooms are large, including apartments, which are more than 9 degrees in their cleanliness and largeness, and the presence of the refrigerator, microwave and oven in some rooms

What didn't make me in the hotel is that there is no air conditioning as it is written but only a fan and it does not work and then the group opened the windows and it was fair enough
