The lady on the reception could not have done more for us. Absolutely outstanding service delivered with a smile. Breakfast was OK but the questionaire a little bothersome. Again the lady attending to the breakfast room was very attentive. Particularly liked bowl and blanket for the dog.

Printed menus for take away restaurants able to deliver available in the hotel. The lady on reception never the less had this covered and helped arrange our meal so a very minor point.

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had a good design. The curtains were designed to block out light and provide a comfortable sleep.

The room did not have a small refrigerator and the breakfast did not have much variety.

New building so everything was new and clean. Underground secure parking was a plus. Good room size Easy self checkin process

They charged CHF30 for extra bed which was not mentioned on booking.com so not fair presentation of prices!! The extra bed was so uncomfortable as well! There was no ventilation system at all which was so suffocating!!

Great room size. Very clean and comfortable for one night on the drive though. Very close to the freeway. Free underground parking which was great.

The breakfast was very basic and mostly empty plates although we weren't late for breakfast. Cucumber was old and soggy. I wouldn't add breakfast next time.

The stuff are the best in this hotel. We had to reschedule the dates for the stay and the receptionist Diana did everything(contacting the manager, contacting booking support etc) just to help us and she was very kind when we checked in the other day. The room is new, clean and spacious. There was free parking in private garage which was really good.

Free parking, garage within the hotel. Clean, quiet, very comfortable. Staff pleasant and ready to help. Hotel in a quiet part of the city, tram station, very close, 100 meters from the hotel, good connection to the center of Zurich.

The room is well-maintained and excellent for relaxation. It features a desk and comfortable furniture, and the terrace offers a beautiful view.

The shower is a bit small, and the area is quite isolated.

The staff were outstanding, they didn’t hesitate to help us when we needed something. The location to public transportation and shopping was close and easy to use.

Good price quality ratio. Comfy rooms with industrial look. Great location for shopping etc.

My room smelled with cigarettes when I arrived and I am a no smoker. Bed etc even my pijama smelled with cigarettes after 1 night. Automatic check in didn’t work.
