Good location with direct underground connection to the Bad Zurzach thermal spa. Sizable rooms with pleasant garden views. Very good breakfast buffet. Speedy, no-fuss front desk service. Some other attractions we did not get around to trying (Hotel has its own pool and sauna, as well as a restaurant), but are looking forward to trying another time.

The price was in line with the amenities. Good value, but not exactly a bargain. The signage for the connection to the thermal spa was somewhat sparse, all of us had to backtrack a bit at times and ask for directions.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms quiet and comfortable. The swimming pool amazing.

No aircon. Which is fine most months of the year, but we were there in the middle of heatwave and it was really hard to sleep even with doors wide open.

The choice of breakfast is amazing, the staff from cleaners to receptionist very helpful and very polite, the closeness of the the super Thermal bad.

I did not have many tv channels to watch, it was explained that there was an issue, I think this should have been communicated to me at check in. Don't like when hotels charge for car park.

Very pleasant and spacious room, friendly staff, own pool, underground connection to the thermal bad, excellent breakfast and restaurant.

Long underground tunnel and passing through the clinic area to reach the thermal bad. It won’t be a problem for adults, but with small kids and stroller was a bit complicated. We still appreciated there was a connection and we didn’t need to go outside after the thermal bad.

Beautiful hotel. Room was large with a balcony onto the courtyard. Breakfast was great too

The property is very near to the train station. The property even has a bus stop. Breakfast spread was really good. Every floor has a Terrace area where the picturesque beaty of the hill can be enjoyed.

My room had a balcony attached, but it wasnt accessible.

Breakfast was great! The view to the little pond and the fishes was beautiful. The only thing was a very loud bird or animal at night howling which kept us awake for some time. It was cute but not when trying to sleep. The adjacent facilities to bad Therme Zurich were great!

Old school Swiss hotel but on the good side of it. Comfortable,tidy, friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast and lots of amenities around
