Friendly staff and great location.

- Beds are incredibly comfortable. - reception open 24/24, they were so nice with us and they created a good welcome atmosphere - Rooms are big and well equipped with sofa, beds, desk and chairs. They also use SuitePad, where you can find lots of informations about the hotel, Baden and the surroundings. - They don't have a fitness room, but they lend you a fitness bag with stuff do workout in your room ! - the breakfast included is great with only swiss products (different kinds of cheese, meat, eggs, bread). - Ask for the city card, a must here ! You should try the Spanischbroedli at Himmel Café - so so so good !

- Room 146, we were not able to completely close the shower door. It's like 1-3 mm so it doesn't puts a lot on water in the bathroom. It's was ok for us. - I don't liked the shrink : when I "closed" it, it still drops water. Please note even these small points, we still loved our stay and we will definitely come back soon to go again as early as possible to Fortyseven Baths !

The room was spacious and pleasant, in the right temperature, and well equipped with a fridge, a safe, a coffee machine and kettle, a spacious bathroom with nice toiletries. The mattress and bedding were amazing, super comfortable, perhaps one of the best hotel mattresses I experienced. The staff at the reception and at dinner were very professional, friendly and welcoming.

The selection at breakfast could be better, especially in terms of vegan, fish, dairy-free and gluten-free options. It is basically very meat and cheese based, with just one tray of vegetables in the whole offer. We also had dinner at the hotel, with extremely slow service (2.5h long dinner), however if you have time I would still recommend it, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was great when it arrived.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Interesting tablet in the room that lets you look up information or order services from. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. Breakfast was ok. Big shower with very high water pressure.

Nothing was bad, just a few minor things to consider: The hotel is a bit older and sound insulation is not the best (both the windows as well as the walls). It was not a problem for us, but others might be bothered depending on the neighbors. The window hinges in a room next to ours needs to be oiled, it's squeaking quite loudly 😅. The room was quite warm, but since it was cold outside we could just open a window. There was no other way to regulate the room temperature that we could find.

This hotel is fantastic! I stayed here many times on business trips and also privately with my children. The staff at the reception and restaurant are so caring and lovely. This is my favourite hotel in Switzerland and will be very happy to return again. The hotel has a brilliant location yet everything is very peaceful which gives a relaxing holiday vibe. Rooms are very quiet because the hotel is surrounded by a big park.

Everything was great.

Nice small hotel, just 5 min on foot from the city center and train station. Good breakfast with some a la cart options (pancakes - you have to try them, they were actually very nice , omelette and fried eggs). Staff were all very kind and helped us with everything we wanted. Easy check in and check out. Private parking behind the hotel (15francs per night). Big room and clean. Also we got the city cards for free (very nice but you have to ask them to give them to you).

Only thing we didnt like was that, in the site says the breakfast in weekends is until 10:30 but at 10 o clock they came to tell us to leave (as they had to prepare the brunch buffet for later). It was a little rude as we didnt have much time to take our breakfast. It will be a good thing to make an update on the site. Other than that everything was fine!

Wonderful Hotel with comfortable beds and quality linens, situated at a great town location with plenty of facilities and things to do near by, to the point that it made even my St Bernard dog very welcome and relaxing. The entire hotel stuff was very helpful and friendly through the entire stay, and the reception lady on check out was the most bubbly, friendly and polite person that I have ever met. That we could not stay longer.

It's our second time at the hotel. Sometimes during the year they have rooms with a reasonable price and it's very convenient for us to stop here during our trip From France to Italy. Breakfast is good but it was better the first time wihen it was possible to make gauffres and there was honey directly form the honeycomb.

The price of the covered parking is too high. However there are places on the street much cheaper. Being summer, I would have like some fresh mixed juice for breakfast.

Rooms where spacious and well equipped. We really liked the menu of the hotel restaurant and the service was excellent. The location is super and it was very convenient that we could park inside the spacious hotel garage, however..

...we thought it unfair that customers from outside could park there for free after they consume 100CHFr at the restaurant, but we as house guest did not qualify for that rebate, no matter how high we supported the restaurant. The air in the rooms was a bit stuffy.

I love the location.

Would’ve good if you gave each guest the Baden card, as not everyone sees stuff on the internet This is the first time I used the card, as I was chatting about the casino and the reception mentioned it. Previously stayed 5 times, and not one person said there was free transport or museum access or anything. Breakfast not as good as previous owners. It was good, but before it was excellent as they had more attention to detail. I like individual serves and coffee offered as I arrived for breaky, made by barista.
