The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, the linens were of the finest quality. Location of the hotel, soundproofing of the room and water pressure in the shower were great, coffee was amazing and free, free apples and water were very much appreciated, the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Parking price was reasonable.

This hotel located very close to train station(3 minutes) and sport hall(7 minutes walk). We came here for competition so it was perfect location. Check in was fast and friendly. Rooms are simple but nice. Comfortable bed, I like that the socket for charging your phone is located next to the bed. Hotel is very clean, wifi worked good. Breakfast was tasty, even coffee. Pleasant bonus, there is coffee machine on each floor and also mineral water and apples. So you can drink coffee or tea any time and no need to buy water.

The hotel is very close to the train station The room was not very big, but not too small. The bed was very comfortable, the pillow too soft for my taste, but the staff, which was very friendly, provided me with an extra pillow. The bathroom was also very nice and clean and had the necessary stuff for showering. In the corridor, there were some apples, coffee, tea, or water to take freely, which was a very nice detail.

I heard too much the room beside me, but I am not sure if the problem is the lack of acoustic insulation or just that these people watched TV too loud at 1 a.m. on weekdays...

I liked the kitchenette in my room. And the Coffee facility in the corridor. I had my breakfast in the comfort of my room. I would definetely stay here again and suggest my ftiends and family

If they had slippers I would be more happy.

I have stayed in this hotel 3x because my son lives nearby. This time I had a late arrival, which was handled very well. The room is adequate size, simple and basic, just what I need. I've used the desk in the past, when I needed to work, and it's been ok. The shower is great too.

I need to remember to ask for 2 pillows as they are a bit soft for my taste so one is not enough.

Very clean, super lighted room and with a little kitchen in case you want to use it. Location was amazing in the square close to the station.

Breakfast was very limited, and the quality of the products was good, but there was little variety. Some eggs, bread and coffee with 3 options of ham.

The location is excellent. 5min from the train station and the Technopark. Breakfast is OK.

When I arrived, the door between my room to the next room was unlocked and they didn't find the key which was unpleasant.

Such a nice stay! I checked in late and the hotel was super accommodating. Comfortable bed, great bathroom. Mini bar with free water, coffee and fruit. Train station is a 3 minute walk from the hotel with trains into Zurich HB often and just a 20 min train journey. 100% would stay again!

Great hotel next to Brugg's railway station. While the building does not look great from the outside, its real treasure is the inside: a welcoming lobby and a stylish restaurant to begin with, and spaceous, modern rooms in the rest of the hotel. It definitely exceeded the expectations I had from the pictures I saw when booking. Great stay and excellent value for money - anytime again!

A nice place, comfortable bed. Is the first hotel offering a single room that is big enough to not feel trapped. Easy to pick up the key even out of reception timeline.

Not that much. Breakfast is a bit poor, still perfectly fine. The reception, which is not 24/7, is something that could be scare, instead was easy.
