The Digital check inn is inconvenient, tricky, and time consuming. There is no Internet reception when trying to activate the door entrance from the car park to the lift lobby. I therefore had to go outside again to have Internet access for reading the necessary entrance code. During my advance room booking I had requested for a quiet room, not near the lift - but then I got a room just right in front of the lift without any explanation! Such a check inn, service and attitude is not appreciated.

Good transit hotel. Out of the hot season it is good. The rooms are big. The bath is clean, big and with bath tube. The left side of the building is quiet (on the right side there is a McDonalds). The sorrounding is peaceful but in the morning the air trafic might be noisy. The electronic checkin works fine, the checkout could be more simplified, only touching the room card to the reader, or something like that. Very good gratis coffee and gratis drinks at the entrance of the Hotel. There is no reception, we met only with cleaning staff, they were friendly and ready to help. In case of special offer the price is good. Zürich downtown with car is only 12 minutes. For a short night visit it is convenient.

No airconditioning, during the summer, when the outside temperature is above 25 degree, the rooms become very warm. It was above 28 degree in our case. The ventillation doesn't help. Only one chair. The noise prtection is not sufficient. In case of late arrivals (even in the middle of the night) your dreams might be broken. The bed was confusing, basicaly good bed matraces , but oversized (bigger then the bed frame), therefore the sleeping on it is not very convenient.

The room was clean and had a generous bathroom. It also had a small fridge. The hotel has a free garage where you can leave your car. If you plan a visit to Zurich, I strongly advise you to leave your car there and use the train. Usually it is quite a quiet place (there were some road works the next morning) and if you are hungry, you can go to the McDo restaurant next to the hotel. There is also a big shopping center within 15 minutes walk.

Large room with comfy beds and plenty of space for all our gadgets to plugin.

Shower tended to wet the floor, but being able to get more towels at the un-staffed reception was a good solution. The location is a bit strange and perhaps off the beaten track, but once we got used to the tram and train connections to the city it was quick and easy.

Great location, easy to get to and close to public transport. It was clean and functional. The complimentary coffee station was a pleasant plus. There is also a mall nearby, if you get hungry there is a McDonalds next door and a Burger King down the road

Location not far from Zürich center and quiet area . Clean and fast check in/ out . free parking area and beside McDonald. Electric fan for when it’s hot is nice.

The coffee machine not working during our 10 days stay and not been fixed

We had no meal plan included with the booking but Ikea is close (7 min walk from the hotel) and they have excellent meal options (for those who like Ikea)

the room and the bathroom were clean; the check-in and check-out process was simple, quick and easy; the coffee is excellent!!!

Its a quiet, calm place. The highway is very close and the Shoppi Tivoli is only 1 minute far from the Hotel.

The mattress on the bed was too soft and uncomfortable for me but thats my problem 😁

Comfortable value hotel at transit location suitable for Zurich visit. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Checkin procedure slightly complicated as I did not receive door code. But remote friendly staff solved it efficiently.

Its in nice place If you coming in late, there is self check-in. Have big garage for your car

It was difficult to understand self check-in, because you need to check-in on your phone and in the property . In room is very hot and AC is working not good
