The apartment was amazing. It was so modern and clean. Gym equipment and sauna for the adults and fun toys for the kids. Breakfast was exceptional and service was above and beyond.

A beautiful quaint hotel in the center of town. Walk everywhere from here. The hotel was exceptional in every way. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. Good breakfast. Why go anywhere else? This is the place to be!

From the entrance, the receptionist girl, the concierge you'll feel the most welcoming ever. And wait tilll you enter the rooms...it is AMAZINGLY designed, with such a thin taste from well crafted ceramics in and around bathrooms (a separate toilet) to soft and high quality fabrics that made the entire beddings and sleeping one of the best comfortable experiences. The whole stay way simply amazing! I have been in hundreds of hotels worldwide, but this one belongs to the Top 10! Location is super quiet in a site street, the hotel itself is cozy, clean and heartwarming. The rooms: perfectly in style and needs. The breakfast: yummy! The service and atmosphere of the staff: outstanding!

Second time being there, I would still rate it 11/10, good value, nice location, friendly staff and experienced service.Room was clean and comfortable, with all the facilities that you need. This time we were two couples and booked two rooms, they were amazed by the luxury and modern experience they had since it was their first time at Mert Boutique Hotel. Best hotel in Korca for my opinion.

The accommodation was at a very high level of cleaniness and comfort...the staff were exceptionally helpful and willing to do whatever they could to make our stay very comfortable....very high praise for the staff, amenities, in house dinning and location of hotel.

Having stayed in multiple hotels in Albania this was the first that seemed to truly have thought through everything from check-in all the way to check-out. Very centrally located but just far enough from the pedestrian centre to be quiet. Parking is on the street but very close by. The rooms were very clean and well-appointed, and no corners seemed to have been cut. Bed was comfortable, sufficient towels. bathroom and toilet very well done. In essence exactly what you might want from a city-centre boutique hotel. The restaurant on-site is cosy but has a good selection of food. Breakfast was simple with a choice of a selection of eggs made to order. The staff were pleasant throughout, very helpful and chatty. Highly recommended.
