all the facilities on offer: from auto-motorised curtains to touch control lighting and sewing kits and large format TV. the owner via the designers have managed to successfully provide a compact arrangement of experiences: from the lavishly furnished restaurant to the verandah lounge to a foyershop. topped off with a cinema. zamira and her able and willing team (christiana, marius, eddie and donald) all need special mentions.

From the entrance, the receptionist girl, the concierge you'll feel the most welcoming ever. And wait tilll you enter the rooms...it is AMAZINGLY designed, with such a thin taste from well crafted ceramics in and around bathrooms (a separate toilet) to soft and high quality fabrics that made the entire beddings and sleeping one of the best comfortable experiences. MERT hotel staff THANK YOU FR YOUR HEARTWARMING WELCOME. Definitely going back next time to this highly recommended boutique hotel!

The whole stay way simply amazing! I have been in hundreds of hotels worldwide, but this one belongs to the Top 10! Location is super quiet in a site street, the hotel itself is cozy, clean and heartwarming. The rooms: perfectly in style and needs. The breakfast: yummy! The service and atmosphere of the staff: outstanding!

Second time being there, I would still rate it 11/10, good value, nice location, friendly staff and experienced service.Room was clean and comfortable, with all the facilities that you need. This time we were two couples and booked two rooms, they were amazed by the luxury and modern experience they had since it was their first time at Mert Boutique Hotel. Best hotel in Korca for my opinion.

Having stayed in multiple hotels in Albania this was the first that seemed to truly have thought through everything from check-in all the way to check-out. Very centrally located but just far enough from the pedestrian centre to be quiet. Parking is on the street but very close by. The rooms were very clean and well-appointed, and no corners seemed to have been cut. Bed was comfortable, sufficient towels. bathroom and toilet very well done. In essence exactly what you might want from a city-centre boutique hotel. The restaurant on-site is cosy but has a good selection of food. Breakfast was simple with a choice of a selection of eggs made to order. The staff were pleasant throughout, very helpful and chatty. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very special in overall and in every detail. It's a modern concept but it is very unique in it's style. The room was very interesting, lights and curtains were digitally controlled. Restaurant was very stylish and the breakfast was very good. Staff was very polite and helpful.

The mattress could be a little softer according to my preferences.

The decor and furnishings are of exceptionally high quality, and the breakfast was the best we have had so far on our travels. The hotel is well located just off the main boulevard and only about a 10 minutes stroll to the centre of town. It really was amazingly good value for money.

There is only street parking, and this was a little tricky. The mattress was very firm ( and we prefer softer )

One of the best hotels I have stayed. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's location is perfect, situated just a short walk from local attractions.
