We selected this hotel based on the comments we read from previous guests, and we were not disappointed; what a value! Every staff member we met was friendly, the property was well maintained, and the carpet in our room was the cleanest we’ve ever found in a budget hotel. Would 100% recommend to other travelers, and certainly stay here if we pass through this area again!

Location was excellent, easy to access from main Pratt thoroughfare. Price was great. We spent the days at family home, nights at the Inn. Clean and comfortable, room serviced daily. Will stay again.

Doors don't seal well so had to turn the heat up in the room, but the little furnace worked well. Is dated, but as expected for the cost.

Wow for a budget hotel the rooms were super clean, the shower pressure was fantastic, and the bed was very comfortable! Will definitively stay here anytime we are in Pratt. All the staff were very friendly & helpful. Pet friendly a huge bonus & only charged $8 per pet per night!

The room was clean and the price was very reasonable, which is why I said no to the question did price match expectations. I didn't expect it to be as nice as it was.

The heat had no way to leave the fan on full time. I don't always sleep well in motel rooms and having the heat and fan turn off and on all night doesn't help. If the fan could be left on all night and just the heat turn on and off I would be happier.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The price was right and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This place was recommended to us by an over the road truck driver.

Have been staying here for our annual trip in Nov for many years. There are plenty of choices in Pratt we choose to stay here. The staff is terrific

Location was great for what I need to do. The staff was very friendly and made sure our stay was pleasant.

The only issue I could mention was bathroom door needed a little work it was hard to open and get stuck now and then other than that it was ok

This place is great value for money if you just want a place to rest your head. I literally arrived, slept, and left because I was on a long two day drive in a car and didn’t have space to sleep in the car. Their pet fee was only $5, and even though I checked in late (after midnight) the lady at the front desk was extremely kind.

It was very clean and quiet. The owners/managers were really helpful, but also low-key.
