rooms are decorated with heavy solid furniture and are all in one style. beds have very comfortable matrace, had very good sleep. Hotel provides free parking, which is excellent bonus as hotel is situated very close to historical centre. You reach historical center by foot. Hotel provides additional services such as wellness, massage, group exercise. We had solid wifi but not excellent. Breakfast was usual buffet style. For good coffee, go to nearest cafe :). Restaurant provides solid choice of local cuisine, hungry travelers will not be disappointed.

Breakfast was good, clean hotel, in an excellent location with free parking.

Check out was at 10 o' clock and 7-8 minutes after that time they were knocking our door in order to leave. Although we told them that we were packing our things needing 5 minutes they did it again 5 minutes later asking us to leave within two minutes. I have stayed in nearly 300 hotels in more than 35 countries and this was the first time that someone did this to me. Very rude and totally unacceptable. Also please note that they do not use sheets on the beds as they informed us after we asked for.

Good location near the train station and at a walking distance from the town centre but it was quiet. Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and enough storage space. It was nice to have the tea/coffee maker and a few coffee pods and tea bags in the room. Heating was working well, which was handy as it was quite cold outside. Breakfast was tasty and with enough variety.

We had a family room, i.e. two rooms sharing a bathroom and entry area, and in one of the rooms we could hear the people from the neighbouring room talking, even though they were clearly having just a normal conversation, no shouting or so. It's a shame that the walls dividing the rooms are not more soundproof because otherwise the hotel is lovely.

The hotel is located very close to the train station (Kutná Hora město - closer to the city than Kutná Hora hlavní nádraží), and the pedestrian area is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. Check-in was quick and effective. We had a regular double room and it was more than spacious enough for the two of us. Comfortable bed (though I would've preferred a slightly higher pillow) and a clean bathroom with shower + bathtub. Everything you need. I suspect the room might get warm in the summer months due do the lack of an air conditioning unit, but the room temperature is a highly individual preference anyway. A buffet breakfast was available and it had all the usual suspects as far as a continental hotel breakfast goes. In addition to the hotel services, a spa is also available but we didn't try this.

The hotel met my expectations, and the only thing I didn't like was the provided pillow.

The Hotel is well located, although the reception isn't 24h there, they were very nice und helpful to us. The room was spacious enough and clean. Breakfast was included and we must say it's worth it. Parking is also included. We were satisfied with the hotel restaurant too. From the hotel you can you can go walking to the highlights of the city. The city is really amazing. We recommend it.

The room was extremely comfortable and well heated. It had an excellent en-suite bathroom and was very spacious. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet with a lot of choice. The restaurant itself was very well run and there was very little waiting time for food. The menu was great.

No security box in the room (unless I couldn't find it - but I did look all the cupboards and even the drawers).

Staff was amazingly kind, at the reception, in the restaurant and in wellness too. We enjoyed good breakfast and private whirlpool with champagne. I would really love to come back again!

Really perfect. Everything was good. The best thing was the beer spa at a very affordable price. The rooms are nice and warm too. It's quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is good too.

Round-the-clock reception, very polite staff. Comfortable bed. Convenient electronic lock with access card. Perfectly working Wi-Fi. Free parking in the courtyard of the hotel. An excellent breakfast buffet is included in the price. In the evening there is a bar. The location is almost in the historical center.

A nice place with friendly staff, great location (walking time to famous Kutna Hora places is around 15 minutes)

When we checked in, dirty glasses, I guess from previous guests, were located next to the entrance. Generally though it is not a big deal.
