The staff was wonderful, very nice and very accommodating. The room was very spacious and we had a beautiful view of the harbor and boats from our terrace. The pool was an added plus for the days kids didn't want to go to the beach. There was plenty of places to eat within walking distance if you don't have a car.

The room was very dusty (not ideal if you have allergies) and we found some items that were not ours so the cleaning could be better. We did have an issue at the end of the stay, where we were going to be charged for not taking out garbage or towels, however, our rental agreement stated only dishes had to be washed, so that was quickly settled and no extra charge incurred

The location was very good with a nice view, the staff although the receptionist was not able to communicate in English they were very pleasant and polite and accepted our request to leave 1hr later

Unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment was not on an acceptable level!The bathroom especially should have been clean and not us the occupants to clean it

Location is superb river views are excellent. Within walking distance to Mandeleu La Napaul and its bars restaurants and sandy beach.

Parking is provided however since some of the apartments are now privately owned parking spaces can be a bit challenging in the underground car park. Linen and towels also incur an extra charge if you stay for 7 nights for 6 night stay these are not charged . Why ?

I really liked the apartments! Incredibly nice staff who helped in any case. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach and it is very cool and important. Comfortable mattresses, very nice view from the balcony

In general everything is good, but it is strange that you have to pay for bed linen. but this is reported in the information

Location fabulous. Staff super friendly. Room lovely. Spacious with a great view of the marina. Very nice pool large pool area.

Air conditioning seemed to be on a limited timer, and even when it was on, the effect was negligible. Not an insurmountable problem in average June weather, but in the summer...

Excellent customer service. The place is so beautiful and relaxing. The staff er helpful, warm and easy to talk to. Perfect for families as well. My children and I enjoyed swimming at the pool every single day. The place is neat and relaxing. We will definitely be back here 🌞😊🤩

Very gentle and friendly person at the reception. She came immediately to show us the adjustment of the air conditioning system. Also the procedure of check in/check out was very easy going. First line and view directly to the small port was amazing. Also those impressive trees in front of us, with a lots of young birds on it. Very natural. It was a pleasure to have breakfast on the balcony.

No complaints. Everything was fine.

View form the balcony, the river was amazing during day and night, very relaxing. The apartment was big and very comfortable. The pool was small but very cozy. Just 10min from the beach.
